The front desk was unprofessional the first night we checked in and made a mistake about what we should have paid extra. The overall accommodation environment is unsatisfactory. I would say the hotel is so so comparing to others I have visited. The room is quite small, and the elevator is pretty small as well, which only fits one people and luggage per time. My friends & I have to take the elevator each by each to enter the room!

The location of the hotel is very good. It is a 5-minute walk from the Metro Line 7 and Line 9 subway stations. It is very convenient to go to the main attractions in Paris. Take the airport bus directly to the Paris Opera Station, walk to the hotel for about 15 minutes, and take the Metro Line 9 to reach it for two stops. There are many restaurants, cafes and supermarkets around the hotel, which are open late, making life very convenient. The hotel is Samsung, and the rooms are very small like a Paris downtown hotel. Diese Unterkunft ist ein sehr gutes einfaches Stadthotel für einen Besuch in Paris. Es ist sauber und es gibt ein gutes französisches Frühstück. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Das Hotel bietet sich für eine Anreise vom Gare de l‘Est an, denn mit der Metro kommt man schnell zum Hotel. Es liegt günstig in der Nähe mehrerer Metro-Stationen. Außerdem sind zahlreiche, für Paris überraschend preisgünstige Restaurants quasi um die Ecke.

On the whole, the hotel was great. Staff was friendly, cheerful, and helpful. Location was great and easy for us to get around. Lots of dining options in the neighborhood, and a pharmacy and grocery were also in easy walking distance. Rooms were modernized too. There was a coffee station to get a quick cup of coffee and tea if needed, with Madeleines (nice touch). and a bowl of mini croissants too. Things that could be improved upon: Elevator - very tiny, Can fit 2 people, or 1 person and a suitcase but that's it. While we had no problems doing 3 flights of steps, others may who aren't as fit. But not sure if that can be improved upon as it's retrofitted in the building itself. Bathroom - on the whole was great and newly renovated - nice HOT showers too, but a bit more counter space would be great so items don't always fall off. other than those 2 things, everything else was super. We were there as for the Paris Marathon, and as we may come back in 2 years, we would definitely stay at this hotel again!

A very well located hotel in a busy & vibrant area, although the street it is located in was fairly quiet. Close to Metro station (Grands Boulevards) and plenty of dining options nearby. Staff are friendly and engaging and someone was always available to help when required. My room was a reasonable size for central Paris and was kept clean throughout. The lady managing the breakfast room is particularly worthy of mention - constantly working to ensure a good breakfast service.
