Lovely hotel. I had a very comfortable stay. Staff were welcoming and attentive. Breakfast was also lovely. Only thing I would say… I’m useless with understanding other people’s coffee machines. If you could add some instructions that would be excellent!

THE LOVELIEST PEOPLE IVE EVER MET!!! Very welcoming and caring staff!! Very positive nice and thoughtful people. Amazing clean beautiful rooms, great location.
It’s like 100000 out of 10. Mindblown!!! Already told all my friends about it and will never stop recommending them. Love it love it LOVE IT

Chose this hotel because of its convenience to Gare de Nord. Friendly staff, beautifully designed rooms, however the bathroom layout was a little odd (the toilet roll dispenser was far too close to the toilet, for example) and you couldn’t block out all the light from the hotel sign directly outside. For a short stay this was perfect. I might choose somewhere in a different part of town for a longer stay.

Small comfortable hotel near the train station. The breakfast was good. The shower was hot but a bit difficult to manage.

Really comfortable beds, lovely design, rooms are very compact but it’s Paris….Room had everything I needed. Slept like the dead. Staff was lovely. Breakfast was very reasonable. I’d stay here again for Maison Objet as proximity to Gare du Nord is key and the rate was very inexpensive for the quality.

Very friendly hotel staff. Our room didn’t allow enough natural light as it was blocked by a wall opposite. However by the time we came back to the room after our daily excursions it was time to draw the curtains.

Service, decor, location, price, breakfast, all in line with a 4-star hotel - we enjoyed our stay a lot. The only drawback was the size of the bed: advertised as 'large 2 person bed', we found only a 140cm bed. As my wife is in the last months of her pregnancy, this was more cosiness than we were looking for :)

À part le fait que je me sois trompée d’hôtel en allant d’abord à l’Avalon et pas l’avalon Cosy, tout s’est super bien passé. Accueil très agréable, belle chambre, bon petit déjeuner. Parfaitement situé si on cherche un hôtel près de la Gare du Nord. Très facile pour marcher vers Montmartre.

nous avons réservé cet hotel par erreur sur erreur de localisation de notre formation Nous avons dormi 3 jours - cet hotel est à proximité de plusieurs lignes de métro et de RER, même si in est en qurtier NORD pas de sentiment d'insécurité même lorsque nous sommes rentrés tard. Les chambres sont confortables et nous avons bien dormi sauf une nuit ou nous avons subi la faible isolation des murs et l'absence d'éducation de nos voisins bruyants quand ils sont rentrés tard - en dehors de ce désagrément, tout s'est bien passé petit déjeuner copieux et bon - salle de bain avec baignoire trés satifaisante - Qualité prix excellente pour un 3 étoiles A conseiller
