It's about ten minutes' walk from the nearest subway station. It's a residential area and relatively quiet. It’s a ten-minute walk to Chinatown where you can have Chinese food. There is free hot cocoa/coffee in the lobby, which is much needed in winter. Overall it's good, but the sound insulation is average.

Love this hotel. They provide all you can drink coffee and tea all the time. The room is quite big and clean. The staffs are very friendly and helpful.

L'hotel si trova in buona posizione, non vicino al centro di Parigi ma a circa 5-10 minuti di cammino dalla metropolitana. La camera era tutto sommato di dimensioni adeguate. Si trattava chiaramente di una camera datata con qualche intervento di modernizzazione eseguito qua e là; nonostante questo, il bagno dava la sensazione di essere 'vecchio': ad esempio, non c'era doccia ma una vasca con il doccino, e il lavandino aveva qualche segno dovuto al tempo. I letti erano comodi e il comfort generale è stato buono. La colazione era molto varia, sia dolce che salata: la parte dolce includeva yogurt, frutta, croissant vari, marmellata e spremuta di arancio, oltre a caffè/latte e tè (cappuccino non disponibile). Wi-fi ben funzionante. Prezzo non economico in senso assoluto, ma buono per Parigi. Ho trovato il personale, per quanto gentile e professionale, un po' distaccato.

Point positif : Bon accueil, petit déjeuner simple mais suffisant, bon emplacement. Point négatif: des travaux pendant mon séjour et bien sûr je n’étais pas prévenu lors de ma réservation. Des bruits de marteaux piqueur en continue dès 8h. Lorsque je le signal, la réception me répond avec mépris , fallait regarder sur le site car c’était écrit, or j’ai réservé par téléphone.

Well. I have to say that the staff that served me was excellent. If you are looking to sleep well and have a good breakfast this is the place. If you are a tourist, know that you have a station nearby to take the train
It's not close to the main attractions but if you know how to use the train you can get there easily. I used the Wanderlog app and Google Maps and it helped me greatly. I used the paid daily train ticket and he already let me use all transportation. The hotel is very good. If you want something closer it will cost you.

Dirty rooms with clear maintenance issues. Unfriendly staff and terrible management. We don't recommend for families, or anyone for that matter.
