Overall is pretty good, just the room is abit small if u have 2 big luggage, limited walk space when you open it all.
Near to Paris Nord Station, hence you expect a lot of train sound thru out the night.
Not suggesting for light sleeper.

The room is super small but understandable since it’s in Paris after all. Walkable to Gare L’Est side entrance, but there are no escalators going down, so if you have luggage, you may have to bring them down manually depending on your strengths haha. There’s only small bar soap and 2 small shampoo & conditioner given, but there are coffee and tea sachets in the rooms. No mineral water is given.
The drawback was the hotel’s soundproofing, which was nonexistent. You can hear the sound of the train, people’s conversations, etc., from level one. We woke up to the first train coming at 5:32 a.m.

The hotel's location right near the train station is incredibly convenient. The front desk staff were warm, friendly, and very helpful. The hotel boasts an excellent location, within walking distance to various parks, and even the city center is easily accessible. There are at least four metro stations nearby, including Gare du Nord. My room was clean, and all the facilities were in good working order. I was able to store my luggage both before check-in and after check-out. After booking, I saw some negative reviews online. However, the hotel has clearly been renovated, and everything looks brand new. My room faced the inner courtyard, which was a nice, relaxing spot. I occasionally heard a train or two in the early morning (around 5 am), but it didn't bother me.

The hotel is quite good actually for its price. we are hesistant to book due to previous reviews. We love the breakfast, not luxury but its good and has choices. Few people in the neighborhood, thats why its a bit scary, but thats usual when theyre few people around. Just a walk to the train station. The noise from the train is the usual noise of a passing car. This is expected as its near to the station. Overall, we had a good sleep and a good stay.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Gare de l'Est and very close to the metro station, less than a five-minute walk away. The hotel itself is still quite new. If you have an average budget and don't want to stay in a hostel, this single room is perfectly adequate.

A lovely hotel near to Gare de Nord Station but away from the crowd around it. Just abt 7 mins of walking from the station too. Room is clean. Eventhough it is next to the railway tracks we didnt hear any noise and slept through the nite. Breakfast is sufficient. We highly recommend this hotel.
