We encountered a mouse in the bathroom at the hotel. We wanted to leave the hotel, they told us we could only change rooms.
Apart from this, the breakfast restaurant was under renovation and they offered room service for breakfast, but the food we ordered did not arrive for 2 days.

The service staff has a good attitude and the hotel is quiet amidst the bustle. It is convenient to walk to the Arc de Triomphe, Shopping Street, Paris Printemps, Galeries Lafayette and many other attractions. The Line 1 subway is nearby and is even more convenient for travel.

Small hotel, clean, retro decor. It's very small, the bathroom faces the bed, and there is no shower curtain when it rains, so the bath water will splash everywhere.
I repeatedly checked the pictures of the room type I booked at the hotel and found that the executive room I booked did not have a balcony. There are 2 room types in total, superior and executive. The executive room with balcony is a paid upgrade. Although I made a note that I wanted a balcony when I placed the order, I still wasn't able to do so.
The Ctrip housekeeper was very helpful and I changed my room as I wished the next day. The bathroom is separated from the room, so the room looks larger than before, and the bathing is not affected.
I hope the hotel can divide executive rooms into 2 types.
The customer service attitude at the front desk is very good. The location of the hotel is okay. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to Xiangjie Street and about 20 minutes to the Arc de Triomphe.
