The comfortable apar**ent is clean and fully equipped with pots, plates, bowls, knives and forks, induction cooker, oven, oil, salt, vinegar and pepper. Bring your own slippers. The transportation is convenient, just a few minutes walk from the Line 7 subway. But the hotel itself is located in the middle of a walking path and is very quiet at night. There is a 1.8m double bed, a sofa bed, and a small balcony. It is roughly equivalent to a two-bedroom apar**ent of about 60 square meters in China. Our family of four stayed here for five nights and we were very comfortable and happy!

Top location and the Hotel staff was sooo kind!! We will definatly book again! Same place! The apartotel was in a nice neighbourhood with lots of places to eat. Metro nearby.

Great apar**ent in Paris. Friendly helpful staff on front desk. Excellent location, 10 minute walk to St Germain, Pantheon and Jardin du Luxembourg. Rue Mouffetard Market was 2 minutes walk (a must see street - full of artisan bakeries, boucheries, and markets). The apar**ent itself was quite comfortable - spacious and well laid out. Beds were comfortable, bathroom was good, dining area was comfortable. Wifi worked well. Reception was available 24/7. Accessible by lift. Well equipped kitchen.
Couch needs updating, has seen better days. Not quite adequate for four adults.
Would highly recommend this apar**ent for a stay in
Paris, will definitely stay again.

Appartamento molto spazioso, letti comodi, su una via pedonale quindi estremamente silenziosa, cucina dotata di tutte le attrezzature per cucinare. Posizione eccellente si gira a piedi e metro vicina. Unico lato negativo non fanno pulizie o cambio asciugamani durante la settimana e non c'è un grocery store come segnalato dal sito internet ma solo un frigo con bevande

Idéalement situé dans une rue piétonne, très calme. Petit balcon avec table et chaises. Spacieux, aménagement fonctionnel : vaisselle, cafetière et bouilloire, lave linge. Fournitures minimum nécessaire pour vaisselle, capsules café, thé, sucre, huile et sel. Deco sobre et de bon goût, matériaux de qualité. Douche très agréable. Excellente literie, chambre comme canapé lit. Grande télé avec chrome case intégré. Epiceries à proximité et distributeur boissons/vins/champagne dans le hall d’entrée. Spéciale dédicace à Erwan pour la qualité de son accueil.

Tout est réuni pour un séjour agréable : accueil, écoute, bonne humeur, le tout avec le sourire, que demander de plus! Bravo à toute l'équipe très sympathique. Rien à reprocher non plus au niveau de l'hébergement : propre et bien équipé. Bien apprécié dans le studio les fauteuils autour de la table qui ont remplacés les poufs. A recommander si l'on veut séjourner au calme dans un quartier central de Paris, pratique et animé.

Très bon accueil, logement très propre et bien aménagé, idéalement situé pour les visites touristiques, proche de bons restaurants, pas loin du Panthéon et du jardin du Luxembourg, je recommande fortement pour des petits week-end "Visite des monuments"

Our family had a wonderful time at the Pepper & Paper Apar**ents. The apar**ent is beautiful and comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped. We love having the washer/dryer also. The staff are so helpful and friendly and the location is near lots of cafes, restaurants and markets. Thank you very much for your hospitality!
