Requested late check out when checking in and the person at reception confirmed check out for 2p.m
The next morning the phone rang at 12 to ask me to leave. I explained I had booked and confirmed a late check out. Staff were appalling no matter how many times I explained I had organised late check out and that I just couldn’t physically get out immediately as I had to finish getting dressed and pack they persisted to tell me to get out immediately. It was only when a staff member came to the room to deliver the same message and observed how upset I was trying to pack my bag and get organised to leave did they give us 20 minutes to get out.
It’s run down and noisy on the corridors. Couldn’t close the bathroom door because sink is in the way. So no privacy in the bathroom. Couldn’t sleep because every 30 seconds there were sounds of the cistern in the toilet gurgling and filling up. It drove me mad. It’s expensive and not worth it. More like a 2 star if even!

Chambre bien, les nuits étaient calmes malgré la proximité des terrasses autour de l’hôtel et l’hôtel était très peu fréquenté
Couloirs d’accès aux chambres très étroits.
Salle de bain propre par contre il faut monter sur le lavabo pour accéder à la douche, moins de 20 cm entre le lavabo et l’entrée de la douche😖
Une serviette de toilette avait une tache de sang 😠.
Hotel valable pour 2 nuits pas plus.

Superbe halte ! Rue en retrait de l'effervescence, hôtel idéalement situé à deux pas du métro. Décoration très soignée et chambre spacieuse. Salle de bain très propre avec une grande cabine de douche

Payer pour une nuit avec une amie. Hotel petit sans parler des chambres... Les photos ne correspondent pas vraiment aux chambres qui paraissent plus grandes et propres.
La chambre en elle meme et jolie mais la salle de bain... Ce nest meme pas une porte qui se clenche. Cest une porte ou faut pousser et tirer pour rentrer et lecart entre le mur et la porte reste large sachant que les toilettes sont justes a côté de la porte, on peut clairement vous voir entrain detre sur les wc de l'intérieure de la chambre.
Il y avait des poils sur levier et la vitre de la porte parce que cest une sorte de vitre etait sale. La porte etait quasi transparente donc cest assez genant et derangeant.
Employée de nuit cependant tres sympathique et a lecoute !
