The hotel is okay. Hotels near the train station are very small. The male waiter has a bad attitude. He rushes people right after check-out in the morning and complains about the luggage storage. The location is wrong. The female waiter's attitude is OK.

We arrived at the hotel a little early for check-in so we left the luggage there. We came back again late after 11 pm and the staffs were not still very helpful. The location is good. It is close to Gare de Lyon, which is within the walking distance. There is a metro station so it is quite convenient. The decoration of the room is nice and it is not too small. However the room is very sound proof. We can hear the people in other rooms and in the corridor. Still, we would recommend this hotel.

Bonne literie, petit déjeuner très correct, wifi de bonne qualité, lumière très appréciable, liseuse pour le lit confortable car soft et non agressive. En revanche pas d’isolation acoustique donc dérangé par les bruits extérieurs la nuit, chambre assez petite et obligation de fermer la porte de la salle de bain pour accéder au lavabo. Un rideau de douche plutôt qu’une parois, assez désagréable de le voir se coller par l’effet de l’au chaude (ça permet en meme temps d’économiser de l’eau de ne pas rester trop longtemps sous la douche), bureau de travail assez petit, dosette de café “Nescafé”. Hotel cependant bien placé, restauration partout autour, et personnel très convivial et sympathique
