This is a small city hotel in a central location with many metro stops around for easy access to all of Paris. The area has many restaurants, cafes, shops and hotels. Acadia although the grounds have an unpleasant smell and the rooms are small and not at all modern, the management and staff do everything to ensure a pleasant stay. The cleanliness is second to none, the mattresses are super comfortable, there is free espresso all day and the staff is super friendly.

Bon rapport qualité prix. Hotel très bien situé dans Paris venant de Gare de l'Est. Le quartier est sympathique. On apprécie fortement la boisson fraîche à disposition ainsi que les collations à dispo, même sur le réseau Astotel. Également toujours quelqu'un à l'accueil quelque soit l'heure! Un bémol à la note: on s'est retrouvé en rez-de-chaussée sur rue donc très gênant pour l'intimité et je ne parle pas du bruit au vue du passage piétonnier surtout lorsque l'on doit ouvrir la fenêtre pour avoir un peu d'air car il faisait trop chaud dans la chambre et la clim n'était pas en service.
