Great location, closed to Train station and also easy to go to the attractions. The staffs are friendly. The bathroom is small but the water pressure is good.

Very small room with no heating in winter. The street was very noisy and we were unable to sleep with so much noise. We even can hear the conversation from next door so literally no privacy.

The front desk staff was very friendly and made me feel at ease. However, the area around Higashi Station is a little unsafe, so I was worried until I got there. It was also noisy outside at night.

Very clean and well presented and in an ideal location for either Gare du Nord or Gare de l'Est. 24 hour reception was great - polite and speedy. Just what I needed for a late check-in.
