Staff was very friendly, spoke English, we had a corner room and it was small and did have quite a bit of noise from the street below (it didn’t bother us), breakfast was good. Would stay there again

Close to several metro stations, which was great for my first trip to Paris as I could easily get around. The hotel staff were very kind and held onto my luggage for me. The room isn't big, but it's recommended for those looking to save money on their trip.

The room was a bit small, but perfectly adequate for two people. You might struggle a bit with a large suitcase! It had a bed, a bathroom, and a shower, which was all we needed. Just like in Rome, the beds in Paris tend to be on the softer side, which I found quite uncomfortable! There's a small kitchen and bathroom downstairs. Before we left, we bought some sausages from the supermarket and heated them up in the microwave in the small kitchen, which was perfect for lunch!

I stayed for two nights and three days. During my stay, I met 4 members of the front desk staff, all of whom were very friendly and gave me a warm welcome every time I returned to the hotel.
It’s close to the station, the rooms are spotlessly clean, and the views are superb.

Room is small but clean and have enough stuff for short stay, good points are the window and the aircon. Accommodation is soso, acceptable. The receptionist is very friendly. Location is very convenient, restaurants are around, metro is nearby. Only one negative point is this area is it seems not so safe to walk alone in the evening in this area (after 9pm).

It was my 3rd or 4th stay in this hotel. What I like about this hotel is its location, which is close to Gare de l’Est. The price is also quite reasonable for a hotel situated in such a strategic area. The receptionists are friendly and responsive. I once experienced an issue with the towel dryer, and after informing them, they resolved it promptly.
