非常方便又舒適的飯店！麻雀雖小 五臟俱全。早餐非常豐富，有多樣選擇。位於17區，步行約10分鐘即可抵達凱旋門

第一天給安排的標準間簡直是給一個人住的吧，燒水壺茶包水杯都沒有，浴巾一人份。隔音差，非常小，很強的香精味，喝個紅酒還要找前台拿杯子，喝個熱水還要前台幫忙燒。。一度以為是二星酒店。第二天免費升級不知道什麼房，終於有點樣子還帶浴袍和浴缸，衹是隔音還是不好。衹能説服務是很好的，但是標準間是真差啊

Cet hôtel ne vaut pas 4 Étoiles.
Accueil froid, chambre sale et trace de délabrement de la chambre, douche rien ne fonctionne
On affiche un.4 étoiles alors qu il ne fera même pas 2 Étoiles.

Nous avons passé une très bonne nuit dans cet hôtel avec mon conjoint. Propreté, confort, décoration très chic et raffiné, personnel très agréable et accueillant, Un service qualitatif, petit-déjeuner au top également. Petit bémol au niveau de l’isolation phonique, nous avions des voisins au dessus de nous très bruyants (bruits de pas lourds, porte qui claque,…) un petit peu embêtant mais appart ça le reste est parfait.

We booked a three-bed room but such room was much smaller than in the photograph to such an extend that there was no space to store or open our luggage. Also, the employee who welcomed us showed hostility because I did not speak French by clearly stating he spoke only French: when I moved forward speaking in English, we perfectly communicated in this language. He also said that our group “did not need two keys” and handed only one to us. The management was apologetic but the experience with the employee ruined our three-day trip to Paris. The location is great, though: you have to walk approximately 1.5 miles to get to Champs Elysee.
