It was a very pleasant 4 nights stay

Very convenient and comfortable hotel! Small but complete. The breakfast is very rich and has a variety of choices. Located in the 17th arrondissement, it takes about 10 minutes to walk to the Arc de Triomphe.

The standard room arranged on the first day is for one person. There is no kettle, tea bags, water cups, and one bath towel. Poor sound insulation, very small, strong flavor, drink red wine and ask the front desk to get a cup, drink hot water and ask the front desk to help cook it. . At one time I thought it was a two-star hotel. The next day I got a free upgrade. I didn't know what room it was. Finally, it looked a little like a bathrobe and a bathtub, but the sound insulation was still not good. It can only be said that the service is very good, but the standard room is really bad

Very fun, must come back again I really like this place. We love this place. It's really beautiful.

The location is very good, close to the Arc de Triomphe, the condition is very poor, the elevator is old, the stairs are narrow and steep, the room is not soundproof

This hotel is not worth four stars. A cold welcome, dirty room and signs of decay in the room, the shower does nothing We show 4 stars, and it doesn’t even have 2 stars. Very disappointed

Rooms were a lot smaller than on the photos but for a short city break it was perfect. In a great and safe area, walkable to all attractions and staff were very helpful.

We booked a three-bed room but such room was much smaller than in the photograph to such an extend that there was no space to store or open our luggage. Also, the employee who welcomed us showed hostility because I did not speak French by clearly stating he spoke only French: when I moved forward speaking in English, we perfectly communicated in this language. He also said that our group “did not need two keys” and handed only one to us. The management was apologetic but the experience with the employee ruined our three-day trip to Paris. The location is great, though: you have to walk approximately 1.5 miles to get to Champs Elysee.

Clean room. Confortable bed. Large bathroom. Good location. Reception 24h24. Very small room. Thin walls.

Stayed for 2 nights. Rooms are small but perfect for what we were looking for. Staff very friendly and helpful

Next to no noise isolation, people loudly banging on the door at middle of the the night, random fire alarms at night, luggage was left unattended in public area when left with the hotel. Would not recommend.

It was nice and they had the flexibility and willingness to fix a shortcoming.

The stay was simply amazing, Vanessa the lady that was working at the reception made our stay even more amazing. We definitely left with a good memory of this place and we will definitely come back to this hotel at our next visit in Paris. Merci énormément :)!
