Bonjour,
J’ai séjourner à l’hôtel du 31dec au 4 Janvier
Les points négatifs à prendre en compte si vous arrivez:
La chambre et la sale de bain sont extrêmement petit,
Moi qui est assez grand c’était assez angoissant,
Pour les habits aussi c’est horrible.
Ils ont vraisemblablement un problème de canalisation qui propage les mauvaises odeurs dans la chambre.
Positif:
La chambre etait propre, nettoyé avant notre arrivée, à chaque jour à 11h.
Le service client est superbe, ils sont courtois et tres serviable. J’ai commandé deux fois uber eats durant mon séjour et ils me l’ont rapporté dans ma chambre.
Malgré qu’il soit dans le 15e, l’hôtel est tres accessible par les bus, le tramway.
Parapluie offert à la fin du séjour ca c’est pas mal aussi.
En réalité, pour ma première fois à Paris c’était un hôtel abordable qui me permettait de vivre une bonne expérience et de visiter les bons coins de paris.

Situé à côté de la porte de Versailles où adieu la foire de Paris ce petit hôtel est suffisamment pour une courte durée. L'accueil est excellent, la chambre simple et un peu petite.le petit déjeuner correspond à un 3 étoiles. Au final ,pas le plus joli mais rien de particulièrement négatif.

Room washroom drainage was very smelly and drainage gas was very dangerous it could be deadly for any guests so we keep the window open so we awake alive.
Also complain to front desk, will never recommend to anyone.

Personnel très accueillant et gentil! Hôtel calme et propre. Literie au top! Nous avons été très bien accueillie avec ma fille. Petit plus proximité du parc expo 7 min a pied.

On cherche un peu les étoiles ! L’accueille est bien et rien à dire sur le sujet. En chambre on trouve une moquette vieillissante, et cela fait vraiment vieillot. Le nuit on a un peu de bruit avec les pigeons qui doivent nicher non loin. La salle de bain est propre mais je répète qu’on est clairement loin d’un 3 étoiles

Stayed here for one night when transiting Paris. Perfectly pleasant staff and modern decor, but they put me on the fifth floor, in a small room, and there was no elevator. Do they really expect guests to lug heavy bags up five flights of stairs? Bathrooms were too small. Pick the nearby Best Western.

Problème de communication entre booking et l’hôtel. On m’a baladé depuis plus de 3 mois résultat des courses je me suis fait arnaquée 216€ pour une nuit que je n’ai pas passé là-bas. La directrice m’avait assuré qu’il n’y aurait pas de problème. La chambre toute petite je ne recommande pas et service client zéro
