Everything was fine, just that the glass panel at the shower area wasn't wide enough to block the waters from splashing to the floor. The toilet floor is wet each time you have a bath. The hotel should consider a shower curtain.

Bonne surprise d’un surclassement à notre arrivée !! Notre chambre était donc très agréable et confortable malgré une literie un peu raide. Mais que dire de l’accueil ? L’un des meilleurs que nous ayons eu à Paris. D’excellents conseils pour le choix des restaurants, personnel prévenant, chaleureux et très professionnel. Enfin, l’hôtel est idéalement placé à 2 pas du Louvre et du jardin des Tuileries. Notre prochaine adresse pour une escapade parisienne.

This Hotel was the perfect location for all we wanted to see in this area The Louvre is so close and gorgeous stroll through the park Rooms were comfortable and plenty of tea and coffee if wanted We had everything we needed Only reason for 4 star and not 5 is the water in the shower went from hot to cold sometimes dangerous temperatures when it decided to go hot on us Staff helpful and happy to be providing you with this perfect place to stay

Excellent location in Paris, near the Louver, luxury shopping, wonderful staff, nice breakfast! Unfortunately, this Hotel needs major room renovation, the posted pictures of the rooms must be photoshopped. the rooms are not as advertised, no outlets next to the bed to plug in your phone, there is only one available outlet in the room, tv remotes do not work (I had three exchanged) and even with the exchange they were inoperable. Bathrooms are very dated and rooms very dark and uninviting Overall, an O.K. experience.

I love this hotel! I stayed here during my first solo trip to Paris! The hotel staff could not be nicer or more accommodating! They took the time to know the guests and were eager to assist as needed. The room was comfortable and the restaurant offered many options. The location is wonderful for walking to all of those desirable stores. I highly recommend this hotel while in Paris!
