The hotel is a little bit far from the metro station, which takes you around 7mins to walk there, but once you get to the metro, it is very close to all the other attractions. The only thing I didn’t like about are the stairs. My room was located on the third floor, but the elevator cannot reach the the side of my room, so I had to walk three floors everytime.

Price was good for 1 person $120 euro. Room was very small, i dont have space for 2 luggages so just enough to sleep n shower. Bathroom was clean. No amenities in room, no cafe, no frid, no electric water boiler. Walking distance to bus or metro is 8-10 mins. Far!!!!! If u need a place to crash over night and leave in morning then this is fine. Longer stay maybe if u dint mind the tight space. I have better room at other hotel w same price n bigger space for 1 person.

Beautiful hotel

The location was perfect for traveling to nearby attractions, and access to public transportation was good. I was able to stay comfortably with clean bedding and air conditioning.

Overpriced and we could hardly sleep at all because of noise in the hotel and from the outside. Had to switch rooms in twice as first we had piss stained sheets and mattress and then got an awful cramped room. You can hear everything from neighbouring rooms. At checkin we said that , sorry we booked with breakfast but we have decided we don’t have time in the mornings. The receptionist seemed very confused and said wait until the manager comes on Monday. Checked out Wednesday and of course nothing, sent three emails no reply. Paid good money to celebrate my wife’s 50th birthday. The hotel offered a half bottle of champagne, which was a nice gesture, it’s still in room 53 if anyone wants it. We travel all over the world and this hotel is garbage

We had a double room for five nights on the fourth floor. Our stay was good and we didn't have any issues. On the day we arrived, the reservation staff guided us to a place where we could leave our luggage until our room was ready (since we arrived early) and go explore Champs-Élysées, which was very nice. The hotel's location was very good and we had a great time in Paris. However, I must say that the room was very small. and During check-out, a large amount was charged as task.

When arriving at the property we were able to check in earlier - however still had to wait! The reception area was slightly tacky in decoration, when being given our room key we got an upgraded room for free - what was the catch? The catch was a 5star review that was asked of us. However there is no way I can give that - within 10minutes of entering the room we were disrupted by a member of staff walking into the room - without knocking!! We understand this could have been a misunderstanding but the next 2days of our stay we had people knocking or trying to open our door in the early hours of morning to clean. They need to invest in a way in which privacy can be stated on the door so disturbance isn't had. The quality of sheets was paper like, and the bathroom was dated.

I stayed here with my girlfriend in September 2023 and had a lovely time. Honestly could not fault this hotel. Staff were friendly and accommodating with our requests. Felt it was very good value for money compared to other hotels we looked at. Location wise was good in the north west of the city, it was quite close to a metro station, and close walking distance to montmarte area. Location felt safe and felt comfortable walking home at night. Room was comfortable and decor was nice. Shower was also lovely. Wifi worked well. Honestly couldn't fault the place. Would recommend to a friend (already have and they also now been and stayed!) and would return again to this hotel if back in Paris.

Eugénie at front desk when we arrived was very welcoming and helpful in giving us some recommendations as to what we could do before our room was ready. She made our stay most enjoyable and pleasant. Same with the general manager. We will definitely come back to hlthis hotel. Some noise but understandable seeing that the building is very old. Not enough to take away from our sleep.

I didn't like that the toilet seat was falling off, and that the bath room was so small compared to the pictures on site

Hmm. Our stay here was pretty mixed. The room was comfortable enough and though on the small side, for us it was big enough for our small bags and for it being in Paris. The pillows were decent but there was only 1 each, we had to request extra pillows and then it was pretty comfortable. I appreciate they upgraded us to a room with a bath rather than a shower but it wasn't something we were overly bothered about using. The location is close enough to the metro and some supermarkets, the restaurants nearby are ok. The main issue I had was that when we checked in we booked the "romantic package" and we only did that because it looked like good value, not because we are particularly romantic!! From the website, it looked like it included late check-out, champagne, macarons and breakfast. So we thought, well, this is good value and a bit of fun. Upon check out it turns out it actually means you can have breakfast in the room if you've already paid for it and I don't think it makes that clear because we would never have paid 15 Euros each for such a basic breakfast with bad coffee and I don't even know where we would have eaten in the room! I also found the staff to be a bit creepy when they brought up the "Romantic package" and actually it made me feel pretty uncomfortable actually with their weird smiles, winking and whispering. I was also annoyed that we paid for late check out but when we returned to our room in the afternoon to rest and freshen up, the extra pillows we requested were gone, the beds stripped and towels removed from the bathroom, like they had started half the job early!

We stayed here for 3 nights, the hotel, broadly speaking, is great. It is near a metro station, meaning you can get to most places in Paris in a manner of minutes. Small issues related to the shower, as you will see in previous reviews, the showers tend to leak out to the floor (this is a rather easy to fix issue).  The hotel is clean and safe, good for a base during visit to a Paris, rooms are small, you may feel cramped, especially if you have a lot of luggage etc..  We did enjoy our tine here, no major issues or complaint.

The hotel rooms are the perfect base for exploring the city. They are on the smaller side but totally fit for purpose and good value for money. The breakfast selection was perfectly suitable for our family looking to get something quick to eat before starting our day. There are plenty of shops and restaurants to explore locally, all main Paris attractions where 10-20mins drive away which was a good way to explore and take in Paris on route. Our room was cleaned to a good standard, all staff encountered were friendly and informative. The rooms were also stylish. If I had to say anything negative we did get a few bugs in the bathroom towards the end of our stay and the bath, shower and lift were very small. But this hotel is exactly as I’d expect for the price and star rating, I wouldn’t hesitate to book again. We were a family of 6 who needed the room to sleep and freshen up ready for the evening. We are more than satisfied with our stay.
