It's located within a minute's walk from the subway station and has good public safety, so I recommend it.
It's convenient because there's a supermarket and Burger King nearby.

Right above the metro and tram. Bus stop is also nearby. Very convenient and about 30 mins walk from the Eiffel tower.

There was a power outage once.
