Hotel bien situé et chambre bien décorée. Service d'accueil correct, mais en chambre à revoir. Nous avions réservé une chambre privilège avec chaussons et peignoir inclus...sauf que nous avons été obligés de les réclamer!!! Et encore, impossible d'avoir 2 peignoirs car il en manquait nous a t-on dit. Déjà la dernière fois, nous étions 3 et le lit supplémentaire n'était pas fait. Nous avons été contraints de réclamer des draps et avons dû le faire nous même...

Hôtel situé à proximité de la Gare de Lyon, d'un nœud de transports en commun (RER, métro, bus) et de la coulée verte. De taille moyenne, dans un ancien immeuble très joliment et intelligemment décoré, cet hôtel bénéficie d'un personnel attentif et permet un accueil personnalisé et chaleureux. Room was great! The weather was warm and although the room was very comfortable, we couldn't figure out the magic to the AC (we think a timer is involved). Overall a good stay. Lovely breakfast and near to the city centre, wonderful restaurants. Staff were exemplary!
