Hotel très propre, très bien situé à 10 min de la gare de l'est et de la gare du Nord, dans une rue à sens unique calme. Métro à proximité, ainsi que pleins de restaurants sympa. Personnel tres agréable, très bon acceuil. Bonne literie. Petit déjeuner non testé.

Hotel is in a great location just a few blocks from Gare du Nord. First night there the AC was barely working. last morning the hot water was out. If they fix this stuff it will be a great place. I have stayed here 4 times before but not sure I would do so again.

The room was very cozy, and I absolutely loved the Parisian architecture, however the toilet not having a door was a slight issue. Also we had the unfortunate bad luck of a power cut, this was however not the staffs fault and they were absolutely amazing. I would absolutely stay here again!

When booking online i put it in AUD however was charged USD which made it super expensive.
The hotel - night 1 we were booked a king bed, upon arival they had 2 single beds. Then when we approached reception they gave us a new room, upon walking into the room it was actually occupied by someone else with their belongings in it. (This was 11pm at night)
2nd night we couldnt get in. We stood outside for 30 mins (at 10pm at night) waiting for someone else to let us in, as reception wasnt answering. Later reqlised receptionist was on a phone call in the toilets... once we were in, we couldnt get
into our room as the keycard was cancelled.

Hotel súper recomendable .Estuvimos 3 noches para conocer París .Habitación súper limpia ,cama comodisima ,desalluno muy bueno ….No se puede pedir más calidad precio está mejor q bien .Además recepcionistas españoles muy amables y serviciales .
