It's close to the subway station, and as soon as you exit the hotel, turn right and go straight to the left at the first T-junction, and you'll find yourself in a shopping district. It is very convenient because there are shops specializing in cheese, fruits and vegetables. They also sell side dishes, so it was very convenient for my stay in Paris.
There is no water heater, but you can borrow one if you ask the front desk. Breakfast was also simple, but it was included so I found it useful. Freshly baked croissants are very delicious.
They were very courteous, such as asking for a new room because there was no hot water, and turning on the lights the next day when the lights wouldn't come on. The facilities are old, but I think they are enough to enjoy your stay in Paris. I want to use it again. We stayed for a total of 10 nights, and we were very grateful for your help. thank you very much.
