We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with you while we were in Paris! The entire staff was friendly and helpful and welcoming! Our room was on the 5th floor and was very clean and comfortable! We appreciated the always hot water as well as water pressure! The large bathtub was a treat at the end of a long day! There was ample lighting and many outlets for electronics as well (a rare find in our travels in Europe!) Our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and toiletries as needed as well! We also appreciated being close to all public transportation which made it easy to get around the city! We would recommend and stay with you again should we find ourselves back in Paris! Our only suggestion would be firmer pillows or more pillows on the bed. The pillows were so soft they offered very little support. Thank you for your accommodation and we hope to return in the future!

Well located, staff is polite, room are small but clean. The pb is the noise level, couldn’t sleep ….I could hear my neighbor snoring, the streets are very busy day or night and the level of noise is really high.

Nous sommes venu à Paris pour assister à un concert situé pas très loin de l’ hôtel , hôtel très bien , grande chambre , je recommande vraiment cet hôtel , personnels très agréable , les prix sont abordable vu l’emplacement, franchement j’ai rien à dire de négatif sur cet établissement

TV à l’ancienne Literie usée Chambre un peu froide mais grande salle de bain. On doit laisser la clef à chaque fois que l’on sort et limite rendre des comptes sur heure de retour. Heure check out répétée régulièrement

L’emplacement est à 2 pas de la gare Saint Lazare. Il est donc parfait pour ne pas louper son train en cas de grève ou d’embouteillage. Je fais du remplissage car le site demande 200 caractères minimum. C’est nul cette exigence pour laisser une note

Rien d'inoubliable pour ce séjour. La personne à l'accueil a du mal à comprendre mon nom, et cela prend des heures pour accéder à la clé. La chambre est confortable, sans excentricité. Bon emplacement à St Lazare. Un peu poussif si on est pressé

The room was very noisy (a party next to the hotel) until 2.00 am. The recepcionist did nothing to help and solve the situation. I do not recommend this hotel if you expect a quiet room. Look for something else.
