The room is completely different from what’s shown on the advert. Those pictures on the advert are different from the actual hotel and the rooms. I think those pictures were taken when the hotel was still new, maybe from some 50yrs ago. The garden looks great on the picture, but when you go there nothing is good about that place. It is really misleading. The breakfast is so terrible- just bread, 2 types of juice and boiled eggs every single day. And of course there were some hot drinks. Very bad indeed for the price we paid. Hard to believe this’s a 4* hotel. On the advert it says there is airport shuttle at a surcharge but when I called to book a day before my flight, I was told that they won’t do it anymore. I have been to so many places in Europe or even outside Europe, and this one is the worst 4* hotel I have ever seen. I traveled with my wife and she hated it.
The only positive is the location, close to metro and you can go anywhere you want. The other one is staff speak English, and helpful.

It’s not classic it’s old . Forniture and bathroom need a total renovation . Table and chairs at the breakfast are horrible . Moquette in the room . Yellow ceramic bathroom . We are in 2023 not in 1970 …. There 50 years between this hotel and the day of your reservation . If you want a vintage style you have to buy something vintage in a modern structure , in this hotel is everything vintage . It’s like someone bought the hotel so many years ago and hold it without renovate anything.

1. Location. There weren't too many people and the transportation wasn't bad.
2. Service. You are really kind. I accidentally broke a plate 😅 He took care of it quickly and reliably and was kind to me for apologizing. Water bottles not in the refrigerator are free, and you can get more if you want. In terms of service, favorability has increased significantly.
3. This quality at this price. Very good. I especially liked that the bathroom was very clean.
4. I didn’t say anything in particular, but overall it wasn’t bad.
Breakfast was quite good. In terms of cost-effectiveness and service, this is a hotel I want to visit again the next time I go to Paris.

Very nice hotel, for those who want to feel in the real old Paris, this is the ideal place.

we got the suite, the telephone didn't work, they didn't clean even though we left the please clean sign up... the other telephone in the bathroom is broken. people partied next door and it took them 45 minutes to do something at 3 am.

The photos posted on their website looked elegant and sophisticated. However, the photos were deceiving when we walked into the hotel. The hotel looked like a run down motel that’s featured in a horror movie. The hotel was dirty. The room looked old and not maintained. I almost checked out of the room immediately. The only great thing about this hotel is that the staff were courteous and welcoming.

The management of the hotel was very happy with us, even offered us a job as we could give perfect information to the other foreigner Scandinavian guests and Spanish.
