The room was well kept and clean. The access to the Eiffel Tower and Trocadero area were within walking distance. But most of all the staff was friendly and very helpful from beginning to end. We enjoyed our stay!

J'y suis venu pour une nuit. Mon choix s'est porté sur l'emplacement, je voulais tout faire à pieds et ça a été parfait. En revanche la chambre ne m'a pas permis de vivre une expérience satisfaisante. J'avais demandé une chambre côté intérieur, je me retrouve au premier étage côté rue et là, je peux vous dire qu'il ne faut pas espérer dormir sans boule quies. Les rideaux laissent passer la lumière de la rue. Bref, un enfer pour dormir. La personne de l'accueil nous a presque fait une remarque quand nous avons laissé nos bagages en bagagerie alors qu'une autre personne la veille nous a dit qu'il n'y avait pas de problème. Et pour finir, refus de nous donner une facture car la réservation a été faite sur booking... Heureusement le petit déjeuner facturé 12 euros était franchement très bien. Dans tous les cas, un hôtel pas à la hauteur de ses 3 étoiles.
