We stayed in a Deluxe Room for a week during Thanksgiving. This was our second stay at this hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay. Location can't be beat for luxury brand shopping and it's central to walk to many attractions. It's located next to the Chanel flagship store. Breakfast buffet section is good and staff is nice. I would definitely return again in the future.

a bit of a difficult start, but worked it out and greatly enjoyed our stay. Diminished use of one leg makes tub use impossible. Requested walk-in shower upon making reservation and later through email exchange. Front desk was not aware of request. They did move us next evening to room with separate shower so remainder of stay was beyond expectations. From the great staff, clean spacious rooms, exceptional breakfast; to the 2 cats that hang out in the lobby it was a terrific experience. Add to that a premier location on the right bank and you have the ideal hotel for your next stay in Paris. After many years visiting Paris, our first stay at the Castille, but certainly not our last!

Well before we arrived, the staff reached out to see of they could assist us in any way during our stay. Reception and bell staff all very friendly and helpful. We felt like treasured guests despite only staying for one night before we flew back to the US. Very walkable, safe area, close to the Seine, and many sights, but also great for the food in the area. If you're a luxury shopper, this is paradise: it's next door to Chanel and other designers, as well. Recommended.

Unbelievable luxury hotel. From check in to check out the staff was amazing, hotel is in the best location and the amazing staff makes you feel right at home. Celine helped us during our stay, and I must say one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Paris. 100% recommend staying at Castille for your next visit to paris!

Abbiamo trascorso un weekend meraviglioso a Parigi soggiornando in questa struttura situata in una delle vie più eleganti della città. L’hotel è molto bello, le camere spaziose e pulite, il letto comodissimo e la biancheria di prima qualità. Il personale estremamente disponibile si è occupato di suggerirci e prenotarci musei e ristoranti. La colazione ottima. Torneremo presto

otima localização, quarto amplo e com comodidades úteis (varios tipo de café, chá e biscoitos), colaboradores atenciosos, caso esteja de carro fique atento pois a rua é estreita e não tem como estacionar, portanto sugiro que comuniquem o hotel antes. Para quem quer fazer compras, a pé você encontra praticamente todas as lojas de grife.

Sentirsi coccolati, in un ambiente francese ma con il calore tutto italiano e’ davvero il massimo che si può desiderare. Accolti dalla diretttice Alessandra che ha saputo cogliere ogni nostra esigenza ma anche quella degli altri clienti che erano indaffaratissimi dalla fashion week, e’ stata bravissima ! Personale gentile e disponibile , ottimi vini , colazione pensata anche per le donne che richiedono cose particolari per la loro dieta e spremuta d’arancia fresca tutte le mattine al buffet direi 10 e lode !
