Accueil basique. Nous avons eu un petit souci de chambre, un couac avec l'hôtel d'en face mais rien de grave le personnel a su réagir rapidement au problème. La chambre était bien agencée et le fait d'avoir un mini balcon qui fait l'angle était plutôt sympa. La clim fonctionnait bien. Un des oreillers était troué, la salle de bain était relativement propre mais les traces du temps étaient bien présentent. Le pommeau de douche n'avait aucune pression car il fonctionne avec un système écologique, c'est super mais on a vite l'impression d’être après un grand prix et de se doucher avec une bouteille de champagne tant il n’y a pas de pression. Une salle au sous-sol est ouverte à toute heure et permet de boire de l'eau plate ou gazeuse ainsi que de jouer à des jeux de société et tout cela gratuitement. Le petit déjeuner servi était sympa et les personnes qui s'occupaient du réassort/nettoyage étaient très agréables.

Café da manhã divino, quartos limpos confortáveis, funcionários muito atenciosos. Ótima localização, estação de trem perto, mercado perto, o aeroporto perto (Orly), deslocamento fácil e rápido. Recomendo a todos esse maravilhoso hotel.

The soundproofing is non-existent, every movement of the neighbor in the room is clearly audible, including his alarm clock. The size of the room is very small, below the standards of the range, even for Paris. Security leaves something to be desired, the door to my room being in poor condition, I wouldn't risk leaving my work computer there. Location - it is in a remote area, with a very strange neighborhood, especially at the beginning and end of the day - 40 minutes from the main attractions, including Disney. Positive point for the metro station two blocks away - there is a Mc Donalds and a Carrefour mini market nearby. Service - reception and kitchen are looked after by excellent professionals, all of whom are very polite and willing to help Rooms - good structure, but the shower is terrible, both in terms of the size of the box (it barely fits a person) and the shower head that releases drips and not water. Cleaning - terrible! The worst part - your room is dirty, full of dust, they don't replace the towels, grimy everywhere.

Rooms much too small and outdated decoration out of step with the photos at the reception. Quiet neighborhood and environment. The bedding was comfortable and the proximity to parking was very appreciable.

The property is okay, the rooms are very tiny, i could hardly walk good in the room, the bathroom i could not even wash my feet because i was fitted in to the bath and was very disgusting to not take a proper shower..
