It is about 20 minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower and about 10 minutes walk from the subway. There is a supermarket and several restaurants around. Life is more convenient.
The room is very small, it is difficult to open the suitcase for two people, and the bathroom and shower room are also small, so the space is maximized. The stairs are also narrow, similar to a family hotel, and the surrounding areas seem to be this type of hotel.
The middle-aged uncle (aunt) at the front desk is very gentle and friendly. Can luggage be stored on the first floor after check-out?

Bad experience. Staff is not very friendly or helpful. The man at the 24-hour desk is creepy (pictured). He made us feel unwelcome and seemed angry when my girlfriend and I would ask questions. He would also stare at her when we would come back late. Additionally, we got locked out of our room one night during our stay, which happened to be before dinner (pictured). It took extremely long to finally get someone on property to fix the issue. Once someone showed up, we waited outside our room for a lengthy period of time and ended up missing our dinner reservation. Our Uber we had scheduled also canceled on us due to the delay. Hotel staff didn’t seem to care. On the bright side, it’s a great location close to the Eiffel Tower, however, I do not recommend this hotel for your first trip to Paris. During checkout, I raised my concerns about the stay and asked for a refund for one of the nights we missed our dinner. The morning staff member behind the desk laughed and said absolutely not. I sent an email to the owner and have still never heard back. If anything goes wrong during your stay, the hotel is not very accommodating.

El hotel es muy lindo y el personal muy amable! La habitación es pequeña pero te sientes cómodo dentro de ese espacio. La cama riquísima, dormí increíble. Ubicación excelente: el metro a 4 calles y la Torre Eiffel a 15 minutos caminando.

Stayed at this hotel for 6 nights - a fantastic experience! Reception staff were super helpful and friendly. Our room, though small, was beautifully clean and cozy in a quaint French style, growing on us day by day. Needed an iron and water boiler, and the reception provided them promptly. The breakfast was delicious, with a lovely French touch. Location is perfect, close to metro, Eiffel Tower, and the Seine, making exploring Paris a breeze. Highly recommend for a memorable Paris stay!

Room was small but nice. Location was good. Parking on the street is paid. Must reserve parking through hotel if you want other parking.
