This is a 2 stars well-located hotel in Paris. You could have helpful information depending on who was at the reception desk. Maintenance was poor; the opening system of the sink in my room was broken and the bedside lamp was not working. I asked if they could fix them on my first day at the hotel, and nothing was done, which annoyed me. It was overpriced - it cost more than several 3 stars hotels nearby.

THIS HOTEL IS A DEATH TRAP RUN BY MAN BABIES. Coming on a year from visiting Paris, I’m reminded I must warn people about staying here. All the men who work here are thin-skinned and disgruntled. But first the death trap part: coming home late from dinner & drinks, several nights a week we found the entrance chained and locked! After ringing the doorbell many times, the manager would wake up from their slumber and begrudgingly unlock the front door. When we said this is a safety issue, we were told THIS is a safety precaution to keep drunks out. Okay…why not invest in a key card door (like all other hotels we stayed at)? We were reassured someone would open them if called. WELL…on our second to last night there, coming home relatively earlier in the night, the door wouldn’t open! The **** even tried to blame my friend for breaking it when all she did was try to walk forward into the glass. And yes, I know, it’s glass. In case of emergency just…But if there’s a fire, and smoke is everywhere, that may not be so easy. Also, possibly because we had a big party with special needs, all the managers treated us like we were a nuisance. Before going out one night, the manager asked, “When are you leaving?” I said, “In a couple of days.” He replied, “Good” as he walked away. Ooooo!…If I wasn’t worried about making sure our whole group wasn’t kicked out for no good reason…I would have taken him outside to have a more real conversation. (Wow I had to really restrain myself for the good of the group.) I could go on and on about incidents we had: raising there voice when members of our group dared to raise an issue, denying our eldest (and kindest) members coffee on the morning we checked out, the baldest of these middle aged babies hitting on a friend of a friend’s wife, in front of her husband(!), et cetera. Pity though. The balcony view down the street towards the canal is LOVELY. And the restaurants (and world famous bakery) outside have delicious food served by real friendly people. Still, BEWARE.

Hotel located in the 10th district of Paris. Given that it is a two star hotel, if considered as such it is a very valid option for visiting Paris without having to spend a fortune. Metro attached to the hotel, along with restaurants of all kinds, supermarket and typical boulangerie. The rooms are narrow (it was difficult) as is the bathroom, but for a tourist (who probably only stays in the hotel to sleep) it's fine. I repeat, it should be considered a two star rating as we still found slightly stained sheets, which were changed every three days. Super warm and friendly staff. Free water bottle refill

What a pity ! This was my 2nd time staying here and I was delighted to have found an affordable and quiet hotel right in the center of Paris for my weekly visits to Paris. Unfortunately, the hotel manager was particularly rude early in the morning and treated me like a scammer because I made 2 reservations under the same name with 2 different credit cards, when it was simply a first night reserved on a private basis and a second on a personal basis. He also doesn't know the principle of virtual cards and is surprised that I don't pay with the card with which I booked: yes, that's the principle I pay online with my virtual card to be debited directly and not having to pay on site with a card! The worst thing is that this gentleman thinks he is speaking correctly, certainly he does not raise his voice but that does not mean that you are addressing your customers with respect. For your information, I would like to take advantage of this comment to tell you that the socket in the room next to the bed did not work and that the flush in the bathroom was capricious!

Small Hotel in the Republic District. Typical Paris hotel, small rooms. Little equipment. In the lobby-bar they offer free coffee and bottled water throughout the day. Somewhat high price. Good connection to the metro (about 100 meters away) and very close to the bars and restaurants area of Canal St.Martin

I stayed at this hotel for two nights, a quick stay in Paris. I recommend it for those who want to visit the city without spending too much on accommodation. The prices are in line with the services and for a two star hotel we had a more than good time. Very close to the metro stops, with which it is possible to reach all the main points of the city. Simple but comfortable.

Arrived at this hotel for a late check in at 11pm. I had contacted the hotel to let them know we would be late. On checking in we were allocated our triple room. To say I was disappointed in the room is an understatement. It was shabby, dull , tired and the door outside which was a fire escape was blocked by clutter! I went back to the night manager to say I was very unhappy with our room which looked absolutely nothing like the pictures on the website. He insisted there was nothing else available even telling us we could go somewhere else if we weren’t happy !! At after 11pm at night this wasn’t an option. Eventually after lots of argument he reluctantly gave us another room which was marginally better. I would not recommend this hotel basically because the pictures on the website are so misleading. Our room was shabby and disappointing. The bathroom was small with a tiny shower enclosed by a dirty looking shower curtain. It was a nice location but we definitely wouldn’t stay here again nor recommend

They allowed themselves to cancel the room without informing us we arrived in Paris and found ourselves outside. This is unacceptable, they say they sent an email that I never received under the pretext that the credit card imprint did not work (they must have noted it wrong because I use this card every day without problem) no only they make a mistake but they don't even bother to call us to tell us that they are canceling the room! It’s scandalous, we found ourselves on the street!
