Personnel désagréable et avons eu besoin d un nettoyage du à un cafard 🪳 fou dans la salle de bain, personne n est venu re nettoyer la salle de bain après l avoir fait constater et demander , il a garantit de le faire , le réceptionniste avait l air de être déranger et de trouver ça normal pas d excuse Sinon Chambre jolie et hôtel vraiment bien situé

Io e il mio compagno abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per 5 giorni. Tutto perfetto. L’hotel dista pochi minuti dalle principali metro di Parigi, solo 15 minuti a piedi dalla torre effeil, distante qualche passo c’è la fermata del bus. Personale gentile, accogliente e disponibile. Colazione ottima con prodotti locali e location deliziosa! Pulizia delle camere efficiente e puntuale. Stanza confortevole e carica, super silenziosa. Grazie MAISON per essere stata davvero la nostra casa in questi giorni❤️

I have been to this hotel many times (most recently Sep 2022 and Jan 2023) and it is truly an excellent option. The attention is unmatched, its staff members do everything possible to make your stay the best. On the first night I stayed, the restaurants were closed, however Anastasia looked for an open place and pointed me in the direction to go for food; upon my return, I had a whole table set up with utensils, soft drinks and everything complete for me to dine in, just wonderful, the extra mile. // I have been many times in this hotel (most recently Sep 2022 and Jan 2023) and it is really an excellent option. L'attention est inégalée, les membres de son personnel font tout leur possible pour rendre votre sejour le meilleur. La première nuit où je suis resté, les restaurants étaient fermés, mais Anastasia a cherché un endroit ouvert et m'a indicated the direction à prendre pour manger; à mon retour, j'avais toute une table dressée avec des ustensiles, des boissons non alcoolisées et tout était complet pour que je puisse dîner, tout simply merveilleux, le mile supplémentaire

Hotel invisible... yet rue de la Croix Nivert but no lighting, sad or even disturbing facade, next to a building in ruins... yet, inside, happy surprise! comfortable room (cold on arrival and too hot during the night...) and decent size. But you have to be alone and in transit. it's cozy but no storage.

The reception staff are very pleasant. The room is not very large but the bedding is excellent and the bathroom very comfortable. I recommend.
