Not a bad hotel in the Latin Quarter, quiet, close to the metro and easy to reach attractions on foot.

The experience and service are excellent. The property is in good condition. The breakfast is monotonous, but by the standards of Parisian breakfasts it is good. One minus is that in the shower stall, the drainage pipe does not work as well as the water pouring in from the shower. It would be nice if there were refrigerators in the rooms.

The hotel is not close to the Venezia Santa Lucia train station. You need to take the Line 1 boat to S.Angelo, which is another 5 minutes' walk. However, the hotel's location is still close to the main attractions. The hotel operates on a small scale. My room this time is on the first floor, with two rooms on each floor. The decoration of the room is quite unique. The window faces the back volume, but overall I am satisfied. Special compliments to the front desk staff who greeted us, he was very polite. In addition, I feel that taking a boat in Venice is quite expensive. A one-way ticket for 75 minutes costs 9.5 euros. It is recommended to buy a day ticket. Also during rainy/high tide seasons, wear waterproof shoes.

It's very bad. It discriminates against Chinese people. I gave the worst room, a narrow double room with no balcony, no street view, and even no sunlight. When you open the window, it's dark and there are gaps between the houses next door. It is recommended that everyone not accept rooms ending in 01 and the noisy 107. When I went to the front desk to coordinate the room, I was told that the room was full and there was no need to adjust it. However, when I went out for dinner in the evening, I saw a foreign tourist next door dragging his suitcase and just checked into a room with a balcony and bright light... and the hot water was very hot. It's not enough. You must remember to take a shower before ten o'clock. If you go to see the night view of the Seine River like me and then come back, if you take a shower at twelve o'clock in the evening, they will run out of hot water. There is no use asking the front desk. He will say it is hot. I have to wait for the technician to come and repair the water the next day. He also said that it’s not that there is no hot water. I can wash at this water temperature, but emmm you can’t accept it. ********, it’s just that the hot water is out and it’s half cold. Wash your face and take off sunscreen. I was trembling. I went out for a day and couldn't take a shower when I came back. I got up very early the next day and took a shower at seven o'clock before I had normal hot water. Because after staying for two days, I found out that there was no new drinking water the next day. I called the front desk again and was told that they had no drinking water. You could buy it from the vending machine downstairs. I really laughed out loud, and I wasn’t asking you to give me more. Two bottles of water are provided a day. This is clearly written in black and white. I really strongly recommend that you don’t book this hotel. The low score is all for a reason. It’s all because I don’t believe in evil. I think this place is closer to the attractions. It’s not at all. You still have to take a taxi and include the taxi fare. Really, sister. Let’s book a hotel closer to the attractions.

Very rude receptionist named LYES. I was talking to the girl receptionist named Leana but he interrupted us and raise his voice with me. Very unprofessional. The management should FIRE him. And train more Leana becoz shes an effective receptionist but the other guy NO, he should not be there in the first place bcoz he dont know the real meaning of FRONTLINER and CUSTOMER SERVICE. A frontliner should be nice becoz they are the face of the hotel they represent the hotel. Having a bad teceptionist will ruin the reputation of the hotel. Ive been a traveler since 2008 but I never experiences such treatment. This is the first time ever. I was an ex-receptionist in 5* hotel but we dont treat our guest like how he treated us. Like what in our training before says “Customer is not always right but they have a right to be treated right”. The hotel MUST train their frontliner bcoz they are RUDE af.

The hotel is quite well located. Clean and quite comfortable. We were only there to sleep but it is not small like the comments that are often heard. Bathroom with new and comfortable facilities. Cleaning very well! The reception people very friendly.
