Lovely hotel in fantastic location, metro opposite, lots of restaurants in the area. The hotel itself is clean with nice decor. We spent 3 nights and booked a family suit for our family of 4. When we arrived, we were allocated a room on the top floor. The windows were tiny and located high so I couldn’t even look out the window. I was disappointed about this because I specifically requested a room with a lovely Parisian view. After seeing the room, I enquired at the reception from a female staff wether we could change the room as it was dark with no view and she flatly refused, saying all the family rooms are the same. She clearly had no intention of helping or simply just couldn’t be bothered. The following day I tried again, this time a young man called Julien. And I’m so pleased I did! Julien was the most helpful and professional member of staff , and he immediately looked into the matter and found us a beautiful room with gorgeous French windows and lots of light. This really meant so much to me! I would also like to point out that nothing was too much trouble for Julien, he attended our every request in the most professional manner, and really made our holiday even more luxurious. I can’t say the same about the female staff member (I believe a manager) , who really couldn’t care less, and this is the reason for the 4star.
