The hotel management does not have professionalism in managing reservations, modifying reservations, and customer service. When requesting to cancel a reservation and refund the amount of four nights booked online. The hotel did not agree to this and the full amount for the four nights was withdrawn. Unlike any respectable hotel, only the first night is charged in case of cancellation

I simply adored this hotel! I cannot wait to stay again. The staff was exceptional. The hotel was spotless and very comfortable. The garden was simply lovely and the breakfast area and breakfast offerings were just perfect. You could not beat staying in this arrondissement. The 7th is the best!

An amazing location, this hotel was very convenient for all I wanted to accomplish in Paris. The only downside was wifi did not work in the room, when speaking to the front desk, they noted they were aware this was an issue, and could only offer a complimentary breakfast, but no wifi solution

Location location location. A comfortable well kept well serviced room in the 7th arrondissement. A stones throw from a plethora of restaurants and grocery stores. Maybe 800m to Les Invalides and the Army Museum maybe 2km to the Eiffel Tower. BTW Wonderful views of the Eiffel Tower from just outside the Hotel.
