Monsieur Ishara was extremely helpful, efficient, friendly, and professional. He was very attentive to all of the guest. We stayed in Paris for 4 nights and he made us feel comfortable during our stay. We are going tell all of our friends and family. Merci Robert & Gloria Heath Chicago, IL

Das Personal war äußerst freundlich. Alle waren sehr bemüht uns einen Top Aufenthalt zu bieten! Das Frühstück war total vielfältig aufbereitet. Für jeden etwas dabei. Direkt neben dem Hotel gibt es einen Zugang zur Metro. Lage-Top Zimmer-Top Personal-Top

El hotel está bien ubicado, el edificio es muy bonito, las habitaciones luminosas y cómodas, me encantó sus balcones con vistas, el desayuno es delicioso y variado.. Pero quiero resaltar la atención del personal de una amabilidad increíble, sobretodo a una persona en especial "LIA" que con su amabilidad me ayudó muchísimo en un percance que he tenido, gracias a ella con la gestión que hizo pude regresar a Madrid. En situaciones difíciles es donde se pone a prueba y me sentí seguro y amparado.. Volveré..

Tolle Lage, Metro direkt vor der Tür, sehr freundliches Personal, sehr bequeme Betten. Die Zimmer sind sehr modern eingerichtet und alles war sehr sauber. Ideal für einen Kurztrip - sehr zu empfehlen.

Fantastic hotel for a first trip to Paris. Our room was spacious, clean and lovely. Staff all friendly and polite. Location was perfect for us, as we are used to walking and exploring cities- a thing to consider- the Eiffel Tower is about an hours walk. Breakfast typically a European breakfast- with fresh bread & croissants each morning. Would stay here again if visiting Paris

The hotel is perfectly situated for food, entertainment and tourist attractions. Its about a 10 minute walk to the hop on hop off buses, and The Louvre. The staff have been absolutely wonderful in organising transport for our large family for day trips and have been knowledgeable and helpful. We have had a wonderful stay and would recommend to other travellers. A special mention to Ishara for ensuring we were comfortable and our transport was on time.

The hotel is very well-situated, with a metro stop outside the door, and a 5-minute walk to the Opera Garnier. The rooms were modern and clean, the breakfast was delicious, with several choices, and the staff was wonderful. In particular, Ishara helped us plan our trips/transportation, had excellent recommendations, and was knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful time during our stay at the Hotel Paris Opera! Ishara, Louis and Lia were especially helpful and kind. The buffet breakfast was a delicious way to start the day, and our room was just lovely!

Would highly recommend this hotel. We stayed with 2 adults and 2 children in a family room which consisted of 2 room, one with double bed and one a double sofa bed. Loads of space, very clean and great amenities. Superb location for exploring the city. Would most definitely stay again.
