I wanted the room at higher floor and have a special requested it as i want to have a nice balcony view. As when I check-in , i was informed that that’s the only available room and i was put in the corner which I dun have a nice view with balcony.
And the room is a little too small as we don’t have space to open the big luggage. Other than that staff are kind.

The balcony of the room is an excellent seat and has a pleasant view. The hotel's service attitude is excellent. The only drawback is that the elevator is old and the door card is prone to demagnetization. But everything else is good and the location is convenient. I will still choose it next time I travel.
