I was worried about the cleanliness after reading the Google Maps review, but it was clean enough unless you're sensitive, the room was cleaned every morning, and the location was in the center of Paris, so I was more satisfied with the cost-effectiveness than I expected. Although I didn't have a view of the Eiffel Tower because I stayed on the 2nd floor, it was nice to have a walk to the Eiffel Tower and many nearby restaurants.
