Hôtel France Eiffel

The front desk was very nice. The room was a little small but clean. The only problem was that every time I went out I had to leave my key at the front desk and I could only get it when I came back. It was very troublesome.

For the high housing prices in Paris, a hotel of this price is about the same. The room is a bit small, the room facilities are average, the location is slightly closer to the Eiffel Tower, and it is suitable for self-driving. There is a metered parking space in front of the hotel, and you can park for a fee. The surrounding environment is quiet.

I gave it one star because there's no way to give it zero... a rubbish hotel with bad staff, a manager who doesn't care about his guests, horrible food, no safe in the room and no cameras anywhere. On the first day, after check in, a hotel employee opened the door to our room while we were resting (cleaning after 2 hours of check in is the first time I've seen this). At night, as the room does not have a safe, we left our money in the suitcase, left the key at reception (as instructed) and went to the corner for dinner as it was raining. When we got back, my room was a mess and we discovered that we were robbed and that this place has absolutely no cameras at reception, much less in the room corridors. I didn't have any support from the hotel, I had to go and file a police report on my own and the manager of this rubbish showed up 18 hours after the incident after a lot of insistence because I wanted (and managed) to be reimbursed at least the amount he had paid for me. staying in this thing that shouldn't be called a hotel. Horrible food, small hallways, bad bathroom and tiny elevator that you have to choose between going yourself or your bags. Don't stay at this place that doesn't care about its customers and that I will be happy to sue!
