The location of the hotel is very good - a central area in the heart of Paris. Overall, the experience was very nice except that the rooms were a bit small. However, that said, it’s good value for this area of Paris

I had a horrendous experience at this hotel. During my stay, my suitcases were tampered with, leaving the locks and zips completely broken, making them unusable. To make matters worse, some valuable items were stolen from my luggage. It has now been 5 months since this incident, and the hotel has failed to provide any form of refund or compensation. This hotel is incredibly unsafe, as evidenced by the theft I experienced, and the cleanliness left much to be desired. I would strongly advise against staying at this establishment if you value your belongings and overall well-being. The lack of security and poor customer service make this a place to avoid at all costs.

Les photos sont belles, la réalité est autre… Chambre désuète. Tête de lit ayant vu beaucoup de tête. Besoin de rafraîchissement. Salle de bain rafistolée Seul le petit déjeuner est digne d’un trois étoiles. Accueil très professionnel..

Hôtel très bien situé au cœur de Paris ,l accueil est très chaleureux par l ensemble du personnel la chambre est propre et la literie confortable par contre l hôtel qui est doté de trois étoiles ne répond pas aux critères: ascenseur très exiguë et en panne très regulierement(depanné vite),odeur d alcool à brûler dans la chambre très incommodante,sèche serviette dans la salle d eau en panne,télévision ne capte pas chaînes une fois sur deux,chauffage de la chambre en panne mise à disposition d un chauffage d à point.Etat général de l hôtel vieillissant attention aux prises .La situation géographique de l hôtel fait le tarif mais c est tout. Petit déjeuner 12 euros avec viennoiseries du jour et bonnes le reste sans plus. Nous étions à Paris deux jours et avons deboursé 425 euros pour deux nuits avec petit déjeuner cela ne valait pas ce prix Espérons que ces observations vous seront utiles pour envisager des améliorations (rafraîchissement de l hôtel nécessaire) Mention toute particulière à tout le personnel très aimable

Buongiorno, Non è mia abitudine lasciare commenti negativi e lamentarmi delle strutture alberghiere (neanche dopo brutte esperienze) , gli episodi negativi possono capitare anche nei migliori Hotel, Alberghi, ecc. ecc. dopotutto siamo degli esseri umani. Arrivo in Hotel e mi consegnano la stanza, voglio farmi una doccia dopo il viaggio, mi accorgo che la tenda della doccia é posizionata all’esterno del piatto doccia quindi avrei allagato la stanza, segnalo il tutto alla reception e loro mi danno degli asciugamani extra da posizionare attorno al piatto doccia per diminuire diciamo l’allagamento e mi propongono di cambiare stanza l’indomani visto che l’hotel era pieno e non avevano al momento stanze libere. Salgo in camera per farmi la doccia ma mi viene comunicato che verrà staccata l’acqua per un’ora! Ok non ci sono problemi può succedere! Mi dicono un’ora massimo e il problema sarà risolto! Dopo 2 ore ancora non c’è l’acqua calda, non è un problema esco dall’hotel e vado a pranzo! Rientro in hotel alle 17h nel frattempo mia moglie mi raggiunge in hotel, controllo che ci sia l’acqua calda quindi mi organizzo per farmi la doccia ma il rubinetto della doccia non funziona é rotto! Ok chiamo la reception chiedendo di risolvere il problema visto che non possiamo usare la doccia. Chiamiamo il servizio clienti di Booking per aiutarci a risolvere il problema. Dopo qualche minuto ci viene proposta l’unica soluzione di andare a fare la doccia in un’altra stanza ancora da ripulire e preparare per gli ospiti, quindi sporca! Secondo loro dal 5 piano dovevamo scendere al 1 piano farci la doccia e tornare al 5 come se fosse tutto normale! Logicamente essendo l’unica soluzione ci siamo rifiutati e abbiamo deciso di cambiare hotel chiedendo quindi che ci venisse fatto il rimborso totale della prenotazione, tutto questo mentre eravamo in comunicazione telefonica con il servizio Booking. Morale della favola, l’hotel si è rifiutato di rimborsarci la totalità ma solamente la metà, Booking non è stato in grado di tutelarci permettendo ad un hotel di affittare camere non funzionanti e creando dei disagi non indifferenti, e ulteriori spese! Trovo questo ridicolo e ingiusto, ho sempre prenotato tramite Booking pensando di essere al sicuro e invece la prova che no! Da adesso in poi passerò direttamente con le strutture alberghiere per prenotare! ( i prezzi sono uguali). Da oggi non sarò più un cliente Booking. Giacomo Calledda

This property is miserable. The rooms were as big as a large closet. The mattress was terrible to sleep in it would sink and I would be pushing my wife. The carpet was filthy. The air was non functional. The carpet on the stairs was badly stained. As we opened the windows to get some air, the walls outside the paint was peeling. Don’t stay here it’s a dump.

Awesome location for getting in and around the busiest part of Paris old town. Only 5-10 minutes walk in each direction gets you to the Louvre Museum, the Pompidou, Notre Dame Cathedral, Bastille monument and more. Rooms are tiny as is most accommodation in Paris, and by Australian standards is horribly overpriced as also is most accommodation in Paris anyway. But it's clean and well presented. The staff are super friendly and helpful, and the communal lounge area is lovely, complete with a Beko coffee machine. Overall we enjoyed our stay, and especially how convenient the location was.
