The hotel is close to an area with services: bakery, supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, the subway is nearby. The facilities are good The carpeted room is spacious, the light is dim although it has a window to the outside, a wall mirror, the TV is SmartTV but you cannot connect to Netflix or similar, it has few channels and all in French. The bed is very comfortable and has two cushions of different thicknesses, it also has a desk with a chair and a stool, there is a chest of drawers with a safe. The bathroom with a shower tray is spacious and has soap, moisturizing cream, hairdryer and magnifying mirror. The buffet breakfast is somewhat limited: sausages/eggs, bread/croissants/mini crepes, jam/butter/Nutella, cold cuts: cheese and pepperoni, and fruit: kiwi and orange, orange juice and various coffees. As a curiosity, they only provide you with a small plate and a cup. Every day they provide the same breakfast As to keep in mind, they have an area to leave suitcases in case you want to go for a walk before going to the airport, the truth is that it was very good for us! The hotel room is not big and the facilities are a bit old, but it is very clean and the front desk service is also very good! The most important thing is the strategic location! We went there from Germany and it was very close to the Gare de l'Est in Paris where we got off. It only takes half an hour to walk to the Louvre, Galeries Lafayette, and Opera House!

The room is of medium size, suitable for family travel, with one large bed and one small bed. There is a radiator in the bathroom, so clothes can be dried after washing. The hotel is only a few hundred meters away from the subway station, which is a few minutes' walk away. It is very convenient to go to the Louvre Museum, the Arc de Triomphe and the Eiffel Tower in Paris. The subway is very fast. There are many places to eat nearby. There are several restaurants where many locals eat, and the prices are moderate for Paris.

This hotel is the most satisfying hotel I have experienced during my trip to Europe. The location is very good. You can take the No. 8 subway from the Eiffel Tower at 10 pm and walk out of the subway station in just three minutes. The hotel feels new and clean, mainly for our family of three (a 13-year-old boy), and the room is bigger than I expected. (Because I stayed in a hotel in Paris in 10 years, and the rooms were small and old.) The lobby of the hotel is also very clean, and there is a coffee machine for drinking fragrant and delicious coffee. The elevator is smooth, spacious and modern in style. We are on the top floor, and the bathroom is spacious and fully equipped. There is a drying stand on which you can hang the washed clothes and dry them the next morning. We felt very satisfied during our two-day stay. It only takes more than 20 minutes to walk to the Louvre from here. I will stay here again next time I come.

The hotel is not far from the Opera House and Galeries Lafayette, it can be walked from the hotel. The hotel has single rooms of about 10 square meters, double rooms of about 15 square meters and triple rooms. The hotel is relatively clean and has a good location. But Ctrip is very unethical. I booked a 15-square-meter comfort room on Ctrip and was given a very small single room by the hotel. At first, I thought the hotel had made a mistake and kept arguing with the hotel. The front desk of the hotel is very good and patiently communicated with me every time. I explained and helped me open each room to see the size of the room. In the end, I couldn't be persuaded to show my Ctrip order. I almost got mad. Ctrip booked me a single room. In the end, I insisted on a refund from Ctrip and booked another one myself. I stayed at other hotels, but I am very grateful to the hotel front desk staff. They took good care of me. I was in a bad mood at the time and felt very embarrassed. On the contrary, Ctrip staff shirk responsibility and take money to make things happen. It is extremely irresponsible. I will not do it again in the future. I won’t book hotels on Ctrip anymore.
