EN/ The room is small, normal for Paris, the bathroom is TINY, and the water from the shower gets all over the bathroom. Over that, I think this is a great hotel, many restaurants and store near by! And of course, the Arc of Triumph
Oh, and the hairdryer doesn’t work over 10 minutes of use
ES/ la habitación es pequeña, normal para Paris, pero el baño es muy pequeño, el agua de la ducha se derrama en el baño porque no hay cortina. Fuera de eso, el hotel tiene una ubicación inmejorable, cerca de tiendas y restaurantes, y por supuesto, el Arco del Triunfo!
Ah, y el secador de cabello deja de funcionar luego de 10 minutos de uso

Camere molto piccole, bagno ancora più piccolo senza punti di appoggio per le proprie cose. In ogni caso pulito. Personale non particolarmente gentile, ho chiesto se potessero darmi i bicchierini di carta per la macchina del caffè che mettono a disposizione alla reception, visto che erano finiti, mi hanno risposto che avrei dovuto portarmi la tazza dalla camera (??). È comodo per la posizione, a 300 metri dall’arco di Trionfo con le relative stazioni metro. Colazione buona.

Hotel was schoon en netjes. Ontbijt inbegrepen. Prima standaard ontbijt. Op loopafstand van de bezienswaardigheden. Dit maakte dat wij het hotel geboekt hadden. Maar of we hier nogmaals zouden verblijven, is nog maar de vraag. Wij kregen een kamer met een gesloten kluis. Niemand kon hier iets aan doen. Pas op de dag van vertrek was er iemand die dit kon verhelpen. Bij de vraag om een extra kussen werden wij ook niet geholpen. Op 1 man na sprak niemand Engels en deed men ook geen moeite om ons Frans te begrijpen. Verblijf was erg teleurstellend. Verder werd ons gevraagd om te betalen voor producten uit de minibar die wij niet genuttigd hadden. Het feit dat men niet eens de moeite neemt om het verblijf plezierig te maken viel ons vies tegen.

Nous avons passé un très bon moment dans cet hôtel. Confort, propreté, calme, bon petit déjeuner. Bien situé à deux pas des champs elysées pour un prix tout à fait abordable s'agissant de Paris. Je recommande.

We came in early for a river cruise and spent 3 nights. Great little hotel in walking distance of so much in Paris. Our flight arrived early Friday morning and the front desk was so gracious to hold our luggage for us until check in time. We asked for a recommendation for breakfast and received two options. Saturday morning (Armistice Day-National holiday). She looked up a currency exchange for us to confirm it would be open. We were on the 4th floor and could occasionally hear street noise but not really enough to disturb us. Overall, a good value and I would definitely stay there again Only real complaint was that internet was spotty in our room.

I had booked my reservation and paid it 2 months ago before checkin. Because as usual if you pay early, you pay less. But when i came to paris, i saw that the booking price is less than 2 months ago. So i want the difference of booking fee or upgrade my room. But non of them accepted. So if you want to stay in this hotel, you don’t need to pay early.
