Definitely not a 5 star hotel. We were booked for 1 night and 2 times staff (we think) attempted to come in without knocking first. We did not feel safe. The room was not the quality of what defines 5 star. Ex. There was a fake eyelash stuck on the blow dryer. For just staying 1 night, our room key also stopped worked. It was a miserable experience and certainly not a hotel I would recommend.

The room was cool but had maintenance issues, bathtub taps broken and falls off in your hand for example. Location is great.

Very small rooms...I thought I was in Tokyo! Room readiness was delayed upon trying to check-in at the posted hour. As a Marriott Bonvoy Titanium Elite Member, they did NOT honor the breakfast which is usually included. Front desk clerk sent us to a local restaurant which he said was "the best", but it was actually one of the worst and very expensive.
