The hotel is in a good location and was highly recommended by family friend. I am disappointed. The rooms are small and the hotel seems tired. The concierge is lovely and helpful. Felt like the front desk staff was not honest nor transparent about the terms of my stay and this makes me uncomfortable abd trying to patronize me as a stupid traveler. If I could switch hotels, I would immediately. I would not return nor recommend.

Our fault for not asking to see the room options before we settled for the bigger room. Once in, we should have objected to having a handicapped room … but it was roomy. No tub. One sink. Looked like something you’d get at a Hampton Inn. At 800e per night (including breakfast), we were disappointed. Constantly asked for refreshing water and coffee services. On the upside, it’s a beautiful hotel with jazz entertainment at night. Fantastic location on the heart of St. Germaine. Beautiful building with very helpful concierge. Overall, good … however, not what we would expect from a five star hotel.
