The price of the stay does match the expectations, but the staff didnt. I really hope no one will have to deal with the shock we had too ,when we arrived to hotel. The receptionist took us to room 304 and left us to it, when the room was already taken by other guest.. we was left in someone else room with their belongings ... i hope the people who stayed at that room have been made aware of it..
Other than that good place to stay for one night when you traveling. The main attractions is not to far from the hotel, around 50 minutes walk or 15 minutes traveling with public transport.
Definitely needs a kettle in the rooms and specially when you are staying in January.

Magnificent hotel 👍 from the moment you enter you feel at home, cozy a**osphere, top-notch staff, warm and competent. The rooms are very clean, the bedding is excellent, all tastefully decorated. The bathroom is functional, clean, with a spacious shower. The soundproofing is also good, the breakfast is sufficient. In short, an address that I can only recommend. Bravo for the sense of welcome and professionalism, don’t change anything 😊

Welcoming, Friendly, Smiling. Clean room, clean bathroom. Comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast. Ideal location near Gare Montparnasse (10 ´ walk) and in a quiet street. Metro nearby making it easier to travel around Paris, including for a restaurant or show evening.

Good hotel, clean, excellent welcome, perfect bedding, coffee maker in the room. More than perfect breakfast with good products. You can have a free coffee during the day. Very close to Pernety metro. The only small problem was that it was quite cold in the room. We were given additional heating. In my opinion there is no air conditioning so for the summer this must be taken into account. Small point which should have been remedied is that the shelf which held the towels is placed above the toilet, so there is a risk if we do not close it of dropping one, even though there are other places in the bathroom where it could have been placed. We will come back to it if the case arises but not in summer

The hotel is very well located. Small, very nice rooms. The hotel staff is outstanding! Always friendly, helpful and courteous! There is a metro station in the immediate vicinity, but also many bakeries, cafes and restaurants! We would definitely book again!

A beautifully decorated hotel, friendly and professional staff, comfortable beds, internet worked well, comfortable shower worked well, too. I really liked red walls in the room. Bathroom with a window, which I really appreciate. Good location, easily accessible with public transport.

Disappoin**ent for this hotel. The location is great, it is true that it is a very positive point. However, I think there was a heating problem when we came, cold room, freezing bathroom, fortunately the hotel was able to install additional heating in the bathroom at our request. Small problem with the hot water which he lets run for 5 minutes so that it is hot... persistent humidity unfortunately. We also reported a problem in the shower (floor plate at the level of the drain not properly fixed making the shower slippery), but nothing was done. So indeed, we were disappointed… fortunately it didn’t cost us too much…
