Staff were lovely. Mr Leon and Samir were very friendly and helpful. The place was very clean. The staff who were serving breakfast were brilliant as well. Really enjoyed our stay. We will be staying again definitely.

Hotel chosen for its geographical location, rooms on the street side with lots of traffic, others on the courtyard side. The background noise is not the same, even if the windows (closed) are very effective. Corridor doors not very soundproof (so it depends on the behavior of other customers...).
Room small area, but there is what it takes. Good thick and comfortable bedding, recent bathroom (WC, shower, washbasin), everything is very clean.
Welcome nickel breakfast, even if taken before 6:00 am.

An excellent central stay near the Gare du Nord station. The metro at Louis Blanc is also within walking distance and takes you to most hotspots in the city, the location is perfect for the day. It's not a place to walk with your family in the evening, that's the only downside.
The staff is helpful, friendly and makes you feel welcome. The breakfast was good, the sandwiches were fresh and there was plenty of seating.
The room itself was as described, some things were fragile here and there, such as the bathroom door.
The price and quality ratio matches, we definitely recommend it for a nice stay in Paris!
