Hotels in the center of Paris are as small as ever. The so-called business double bed rooms are not as small as domestic small hotels. The elevator is small, the room is small, the bathroom is small, and the balcony is small. Breakfast is so expensive and relatively simple. I arrived early in the morning and paid an extra 30 euros to let me stay. But the balcony can see the Sacre Coeur, which is quite nice. It is very close to the Galeries Lafayette and the Paris Opera House. Security is okay.

The space in the room is relatively narrow, there is no space to open the entire suitcase. The air conditioning system is not cool, a bit cramped. The bathroom environment is good, relatively spacious, and clean and tidy.

My child and I stayed at the hotel "Hotel Diva Opera" from 26th to 29th August 2022 and we had a very bad and unpleasant experience.
The first reason was that the air conditioner was malfunctioning during our stay and it was so hot that we couldn't sleep at night.
The second reason is that the hygiene of the room is disastrous. There were dark brown stains all over the sheets and there was even blood on one of the duvets. The overall hygiene of the hotel is also poor with dust on the beds, tables and shelves. In addition, the service attitude of the hotel also has serious problems. Except the front desk reception was very warm and friendly, but the cleaning staff in charge of our room had a terrible attitude. She rang our doorbell at 10:10am on the first day of our stay as my kids were still sleeping and I kindly asked if she could come back in 30 minutes (about 10:40). She rudely refuses because she leaves work at 1:00 pm.
For a 4-star hotel, especially in Paris, such service, comfort and price do not match. I hope these reviews will help the hotel to improve the service.
