Belle découverte à 1/4 h à pied de la Gare Montparnasse. Établissement bien rénové et accueillant. Chambres confortables (bonne literie). Accueil sympathique. Très bon petit déjeuner. Le comptoir semble petit à première vue mais il est très complet et qualitatif. Un très bon rapport qualité prix. À 5 min à pied : station de métro Pernety (ligne 13) À 10 min à pied : restaurant bistronomique Le Jéroboam. Bonne adresse également.

Un accueil est sympathique, la chambre assez spacieuse et les petits déjeuners complets sont à 12€. Le Fabe est idéalement placé à 5mn de 2 stations de métro et proche des commerces et des restaurants. A noter que la rue peut être assez bruyante.

Gute Unterkunft in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Metro. Sehr nettes, zuvorkommendes Personal.
Die Parkgarage für den PKW ist ca. 150m von dem Hotel entfernt. In der Umgebung sind sehr gute Restaurants und Lokale vorhanden.
Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist fünf Sterne wert.

À l’arrivée, la personne de l’accueil te dit vous êtes surclassé ! Tu te retrouves avec la chambre du Rez de chaussée avec une fenêtre donnant sur la rue qui ne s’ouvre pas et ta porte qui donne sur la salle de petit déjeuner à côté de l’ascenseur. Une bonne nuit en perspective …

Clean and tidy. A reasonable size and perfectly capable for 2 adults. Paris hotel rooms are pretty small in general, but this one was absolutely fine. Hanging space and shelves, in room safe and TV, with a large bathroom.
External door locked overnight requiring room key for access, plus overnight desk has somebody on hand should you need them.
Walkability
The metro (tube/subway) is easy walking distance and then you can get anywhere. the gare du Montpernass mainline station is about 15 minute walk the Paris Catacombes is about 20 minutes walk.
Snacks and hot drinks are available breakfast is typical continental food, cereals, toast, pastries, fruit etc. And all included
