The hotel is small, although it is located at the intersection. It is very quiet at night. The food in the breakfast area on the first floor is very French. The bedroom is small but very warm.

Great discovery 1/4 hour walk from Gare Montparnasse. Well renovated and welcoming establishment. Comfortable rooms (good bedding). Friendly welcome. Very good breakfast. The counter seems small at first glance but it is very complete and qualitative. A very good value for money. 5 min walk: Pernety metro station (line 13) 10 min walk: bistronomic restaurant Le Jéroboam. Good address also.

A friendly welcome, the room is quite spacious and full breakfasts are €12. The Fabe is ideally located 5 minutes from 2 metro stations and close to shops and restaurants. Note that the street can be quite noisy.

Good accommodation very close to the metro. Very friendly, helpful staff.
The parking garage is about 150m from the hotel. There are very good restaurants and bars in the area.
The price/performance ratio is worth five stars.

On arrival, the receptionist tells you you are upgraded! You end up with the ground floor room with a window overlooking the street which does not open and your door which opens onto the breakfast room next to the elevator. A good night ahead...

Clean and tidy. A reasonable size and perfectly capable for 2 adults. Paris hotel rooms are pretty small in general, but this one was absolutely fine. Hanging space and shelves, in room safe and TV, with a large bathroom.
External door locked overnight requiring room key for access, plus overnight desk has somebody on hand should you need them.
Walkability
The metro (tube/subway) is easy walking distance and then you can get anywhere. the gare du Montpernass mainline station is about 15 minute walk the Paris Catacombes is about 20 minutes walk.
Snacks and hot drinks are available breakfast is typical continental food, cereals, toast, pastries, fruit etc. And all included
