We had a terrible time at this hotel. The rooms are dated, door handles are falling off doors etc. I booked a premium double room and got one with two single beds. The room was extremely noisy. We asked to change it and the staff was extremely rude and said its not their obligation to change it. Finally they agreed. In the new room, the shower gel ran out, the dispenser broke and it took some effort to get that changed. Rubbish was not all cleared either after the turn down service.
Upon check out they tried to add on a mini bar charge but we do not drink and did not consume anything from the minibar. Overall, awful service, staff and I would not stay here again if they paid me to do so.

We had a lovely stay, staff were very friendly and we loved the little sweet counter that was set up during the day. The room was nice and big, traffic was quite noisy at times but that was expected. The location was great, and very easy to get to the metro stations.

El hotel es pequeño y muy tranquilo, situado en una zona magnifica de Paris, zona alta con tiendas bonitas y cafeterías como Laduree, en un sitio precioso. Las habitaciones son bonitas y la calidad Meliá se nota: camas grandes y cómodas, sabanas recién planchadas, productos Ritual en el baño.... un lugar muy acogedor y de calidad. Además, el personal habla español y son todo muy amables, el desayuno es pequeño pero de gran calidad y todo está riquísimo. A destacar Elena, que nos atendió en el desayuno los días que estuvimos y fue muy amable con nosotros y simpática con nuestra hija. Personas así marcan la diferencia. Desde el hotel hay un paseo hasta la Torre Eiffel y el Arco del triunfo por lo que se puede ir caminando y es un paseo bonito y tranquilo. Zona tranquila, con el metro al lado, y en la misma calle un Mc Donaldas y un Starbucks. Lo recomiendo y si volvemos a Paris, volveremos a este hotel.

I have stayed here every time I go to Paris. Fantastic location, lovely rooms, helpful staff. I will keep coming back here. The location is amazing, close to metro, able to walk to either the Arc De Triomphe or to the Trocadero. Rooms are a good size, nice a quiet

Albergo spettacolare, cura nei minimi dettagli. Colazione buonissima. Grande accoglienza e disponibilità dallo staff per ogni richiesta che è stata fatta. Torneremo sicuramente in questo hotel la prossima volta che verremo a Parigi.

Beautiful hotel that gives you the true taste of Paris. Amazing location with walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and the Arc. Wonderful and helpful staff. Extremely clean rooms that are very spacious with bathrooms that are huge. You get a feeling of being like family

We booked a City View room and were put into a non-City View room. The room was tiny, cramped, dingy, and dark with a view of the surrounding buildings. Our request for a refund has not been answered. This was a very disappointing stay in an expensive (for what we got) hotel.
