Lovely room that comes with a beautiful bath tub and sauna. Nice deco throughout the hotel. Lovely service from front desk and housekeeping. Two thumbs up 👍👍

The Artus Hotel was perfect for our girls trip! A great location for exploring Paris, with many fabulous restaurants, bars and shops right in the neighborhood. The hotel is cozy and comfortable, and the staff was warm, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Sanjay, the head concierge, is a joy to work with! He is kind, caring and accommodating - from emails leading up to the trip, communication during our stay, and following up after we left. He booked us into a top, hard-to-get-into restaurant and made excellent recommendations for other meals and activities. Thank you Sanjay and team for a wonderful stay and helping to make my birthday celebration special and memorable!

Had a lovely stay at both Hotel Madison & Artus. Very clean & comfy. Staff made us feel welcome throughout our whole stay & gave many recommendations for tourist attractions. Will definitely be back when we visit Paris again in the near future. Thank you again to Sanjay & Zaldy!

We selected Hotel Artus based on price, location, and photos. We will return in the future due to the warmth and generosity of the staff. The hotel concierge, Sanjay, is an absolute treasure. He remembered our names, provided excellent guidance and recommendations, and led a stellar crew of front desk staff. Overall our room was comfortable, if a little small for our American sensibilities. The bathroom was luxurious. The view onto Rue de Buci was pleasant and very Parisian. The common spaces are comfortable and have a mid-Century grooviness. Pros: Location - close to museums, parks, restaurants, and multiple Metro lines Staff - friendly, helpful, professional Comfort - clean and inviting common spaces and rooms Cons: Small Room No space of taxi drop off out front

We have stayed at the Artus for many, many years always returning because of the location, the hotel, and the staff are simply wonderful. We love the location of the hotel - the adorable bustling rue de Buci. The rooms are well appointed, comfortable and everyone at the hotel is friendly, helpful and accommodating. Breakfast is always excellent. Sanjay - concierge extraordinaire goes out of his way to make your stay perfect. There is excellent communication prior to arrival, during the visit as well as after you have departed, Sanjay is first class. From hard to get dinner tables to suggestions of exhibits and things to do, Sanjay has it all covered. It is such a welcoming little gem in the heart of Paris! Thank you all for yet another wonderful stay. We will see you soon!

I have stayed at the Artus Hotel since 1996, when it had another name! (maybe 15+ times?!) The location is amazing - always fun to be on rue de Buci. The Artus is always spotless and well managed. Love the little features like the water taps in the lobby and umbrellas available at all times. Having a wonderful breakfast available every morning is so convenient. The best people work at this hotel! Sanjay Kaloya is a master concierge who remembers everyone’s names, booked reservations and tours easily, and this particular trip, sourced invitation only tickets to the Saut Hermes horse show as we are all equestrians and always longed to see this one. It was a once-in-a-lifetime event for us and we will be forever grateful. Can’t leave out Christian in the restaurant who remembers your name coffee order every morning. If you are debating staying here, don’t. Just do it. It’s the best.
