1.酒店很廉價 洗漱杯用這種一次性的
2.早餐不是自助的，早餐很簡陋，是他們提前配好的，他們連早餐廳都沒有，是大廳到了早上擺幾張桌子做早餐廳
3.有的員工英語不好，溝通不順暢，店經理是我見過最差勁最不專業的！無法為住店客人提供有效訊息服務，且態度惡劣，在指出他們工作不足時，竟然發脾氣威脅趕客。
4.在谷歌給了他們差評之後又郵件道歉要求刪除差評，表示願意退款協商，**，堅決不刪差評

Comfortable room. Chic hotel. Heater vent rattles which was annoying. Bed super comfortable, bathroom nice but no body moisturizer. Excellent concierge.

Very good 4 star Hotel Conditions and the neighborhood is the classical elegant Parisian Style! I totally recommend the hotel for holiday and also for a business trip!

What a gem of a hotel in Paris! My mom and I booked a girls' trip to Paris and wanted a hotel that was very "French." A friend recommended a few arrondissements where she likes to stay, and Hotel Saint-Beuve came up in my search--we are so glad we chose to stay here! The staff was incredibly helpful from the start: they offered to book a car service from CDG (and were very patient when our flights changed twice due to airport strikes!), turned a room around very quickly when we arrived hours before check-in, gave great local recommendations, brought coffee up to our room in the morning--the list goes on! The room was lovely and just what we were looking for, and the balcony overlooking the city was the cherry on top. We especially loved coming back each evening and enjoying a glass of champagne (or two!) in the lobby on the couch while reminiscing about our day in the city. The service was that of a luxury chain, with the charm of a boutique hotel--we will definitely be returning any time we come back to Paris! p.s.--The lobby was scented with a beautiful fragrance, and when we asked we learned that they sell the scent as a room spray. We bought one for each of our homes and a couple as gifts for the rest of our family. I'm excited to be reminded of our wonderful trip to Paris whenever I spray it!

Não é um hotel compatível com 4 estrelas. O quarto é extremamente apertado. Tivemos que deixar malas no banheiro. A localização, atendimento, limpeza são ótimos, mas nem de longe oferece o conforto de um hotel 4 estrelas.

Or a 4 star hotel you should at least offer some instant coffee in the room, and toothpaste in the bathroom. The staff was very nice.

Clean, quiet hotel and in a good location. Friendly and helpful staff. Bed and pillow very comfortable. Breakfast very French and good quality. Happy to come back!
