Nice stay! lift is available, no need to carry the heavy luggage up to the room. Nice neighbourhood with bar cafe and restaurant. 5 minutes walk to metro station which accessible to all the tourist places. coffee machine is free at the reception. spacious for 4 ppl with sofa at living room. kitchen is well-equipped for cooking. bathroom spacious and clean.

We were surprised with an upgrade at check in and couldn’t be happier to get the roofs of Paris as our views! So beautiful. All super spacious and clean, kitchen equipped for cooking a delicious breakfast and the amenities in the bathroom were from Rituals a brand I love. And coffee at the reception is free all day and night. Neighbourhood is great, full of cafés and restaurants, metro station just around the corner. I cannot recommend more - this is my place in Paris now!

My family of 4 stayed 4 nights and couldn’t have picked better accommodation, clean, value for money, great location - easy to get to main tourist locations and the street the residence is located on is delightful - basically don’t need to leave the street if you just want to experience a typical French village feel. Fromagery, butcher, bakeries, brassiere, restaurant, fruit and vege and more. Sooo good. The front desk is incredibly helpful - I think we mostly dealt with Anis. So friendly and helpful- thanks for your help you made travels easy.

This hotel apartment in Paris is a gem! Not top-tier fancy, but seriously comfy and bang in the middle of all the action. Cafes, restaurants, and cool sites are everywhere. Plus, there’s this amazing bakery right in front that's perfect for grabbing a croissant or a sweet treat to start your day. Getting around is a breeze with train and bus stations super close. The staff? Absolute stars – so friendly and helpful. Definitely the spot if you're after a great place that's all about location, convenience, and a warm welcome. Loved every bit of it!

A titre professionnel, et par 2 fois j'ai eté logé au Cadet Résidence. Je ne me suis jamais senti aussi bien traité, les lieux sont propres, le personnel bienveillant et au petit soin... et le quartier est fantastique. Je recommande vivement cet etablissement... Pour la part, mon employeur est déjà prévenu que pour mes prochaines missions à Paris, je ne veux être logée qu'au Cadet Résidence. C'est dit. Merci encore !

The accommodation is very clean and perfectly furnished. The residence is ideally located a stone's throw from the opera. The receptionist is perfect, meticulous, very kind, and attentive to the customer. An excellent address.

Great stay at the cadet residence.. the apartment is superb, large and very clean. The welcome is excellent and the receptionist is exceptionally kind and very accommodating...we were able to have our little sandwich at lunchtime at reception and have our apartment before the scheduled time 😊. I recommend with my eyes closed...plus the location is great. I will come back without any hesitation 😊
