Poor service, the integrity level of the staff needs to be improved. Management chaos. After I clearly asked the staff to help me check and keep my lost items, The staff not only impatiently replied on the phone, but also did not give me any feedback. I am very certain that my bag was left in the hotel, and I could even determine where it was in the room. I'm not sure if the cleaning staff intentionally stole it, but for a hotel, it affects integrity and clearly poses a safety hazard. It's really disappointing.

Amazing place. City Center, Near the metro. Every thing is very close to the hotel! Very good staff. Especially huge thanks to Christian and Lisabell for attention and support..! The hotel was wonderful and clean, tasty food! Will be back here again!

Ubicación perfecta, a una media hora andando de los puntos de interés mas famosos de Paris, tiene una estación de metro a unos 3 minutos caminando la cual no utilizamos ya que andando llegamos a todos sitios y así puedes conocer mejor la ciudad. El hotel es pequeño, las habitaciones no son muy grandes pero mas que suficiente para ir a dormir, son comodas y modernas. El personal genial. El desayuno modesto pero bueno, solo lo cogimos un dia de los 3 que estuvimos para probarlo, pero con la cantidad de opciones que hay fuera recomiendo probar boulangeries de la ciudad.

Hotel ottimo. Posizione decisamente eccellente grazie alla presenza 2 due fermate della metro a pochi passi e ad autobus che in 5 fermate lasciano all’Arco di Trionfo. Camera comodissima, materasso super spazioso e vasca da bagno. Buona anche se migliorabile la colazione.
