The entire staff makes you feel welcomed and were helpful in securing taxi and dining reservations. We enjoyed having the Eiffel view room with balcony.. The room was exceptional in every way from the available service bar and coffee to the turn down service with a soft mat to step out of bed onto. The elevators were quick and usually empty. The hotel is located in an ideal spot in Paris with safe streets for shopping nearby. I highly recommend this hotel and will be visiting again if possible.

Good: beautiful interiors , good reception work, cleanliness, Fast work of the concierg The bad: poor breakfast, very bad food and poor service at the bar, change of bed linen one (!) time a week (But at the same time a good room cleaning) , very poor water pressure in the shower on the sixth floor, Long room service, non-working air conditioning in the room for a thousand euros. But the excellent location and the historical interiors of the hall allow us to give a good assessment

Beautiful hotel centrally located with superb staff and rooms. We had a wonderful time. The rooms are extremely clean, large and surprisingly quiet considering the location is just opposite the Louvre. It was so easy to get to all the main sites. The breakfast had many different options including not only continental breakfast but also eggs, pancakes, bacon, fruit bowls, yogurt, cheeses, cured meats, etc. All was of a great quality. In particular, we would like to thank the bar staff who kindly made my son a pizza one evening :-) Thanks for helping to make our Paris trip truly special.

la struttura storica ma confortevole, il personale molto cortese, la posizione eccellente, il rapporto qualita' prezzo sopra la media. le camere sono silenziose e la vista al 5 piano di fronte al Louvre sulla torre Eiffel era eccellente!

This is a fantastic hotel with excellent hospitality. The hotel staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and bent over backwards to ensure my grandmother had everything she needed for a pleasant and easy stay. For example, she wasn't able to use the shower and immediately switched her room to a walk in shower. We really appreciate the care and concern to help ensure that she was ok. Also, shout out to Rocky for being friendly and going the extra mile to create a great experience for our morning breakfast. As far as location - you can't get any better than this in terms of proximity to all the famous shopping and museums. The Lourve is literally across the street. We look forward to coming back with our parents! Grandma loved it too!

I could not recommend this hotel more. The staff was phenomenal, the room was spectacular, and the service will keep me coming back to this hotel every time I’m in Paris.

Zo vriendelijk ruime kamers de auto stond voor de deur het ho dje Lola die voor het eerst met ons mee op reis was kreeg een prinsessenbedje. Na 20 jaar iedere keer een ander hotel gaan we voorlopig alleen nog maar hier naartoe. De ligging naast het Louvre. Maar vooral de vriendelijkheid van het personeel.

Lovely hotel in a Belle Epoque style. A wonderful suite with a view of the Tour Eiffel. Very comfortable beds - always a challenge for me. Very efficient and professional service. A good buffet breakfast with delicious croissants. My only complaint was the poor wifi which I failed to raise when I was there. In a perfect position for the Louvre and close Line 1 on the Metro.
